  3. the alpha slot is NOT a global enhancement. it only effects powers that can TAKE that buff type.

    LotG 7.5% is a global, and buffs Domination.
    Alpha slot is not a global, and has no effect on Domination.

    if it can accept said enh, it buffs that power. Pseudo-global, we'll call it?

  8. no. HE is 54, you will be 47 unless you have the alpha slot, making him +8 to you.

    They don't gain levels, you lose them for the TF.

    correct. The Panacea proc also does as well (granted, it HAS a heal aspect, but the end aspect shows up there as well)

    SS/Fire/Mu Brute

    If you're having a lil end management probs then yea, I would. It's probably the only one that would really help a fire farm build.

    I don't have GR on my second account that I use to farm my first one, but I'd probably just go the lvl 1 cardiac (or 2 even at the most) but that would be about it.

    And JUST the way it is too. Let it slow the attacks. Thats why it lacks the DDR in the first place. Fury can be generated and kept just fine now adays. No reason to keep /ICE from us.

    I'm not so much wanting ice melee as much as I want ice armor, tbh. Never played IM on a tank, but I did have IA and I can say I loved it. Maybe a bit more DDR but with the slows I don't forsee that coming at all.

    If we get ice melle and not IA, I'd cry. Might as well give us both to be safe

    Ice/Ice brutes has to be THE MOST wanted proliferation that there is left. I know Dom's want illusion and some scrappers want ninjitsu though, but fairly certain the brute community is more vocal about our want of ice.

    I could be wrong on that, but it just seems so right (but not as right as ice going to brutes! lol)

  18. This is my second active build (Yes, I have and use BOTH builds, pretty pennies each)
    Has gloom for more DPS/DPA and Dark Oblit for more aggro management. Depending on the team makeup and SF we're on, I'll switch to this one for some more damage/aggro control if I don't need the End management really.

    That, and DN on all 8 AV's on the final pull of the Master of Recluse (which I sport proudly) is a rather nice. The lil bit of -damage it does to all the AV's if they land a hit is enough to give me some breathing room.

  19. This is an endurance management one, with PP and SC helping out your end. Granted, claws has a lot of give on the Endurance area, but even still you'll start to slowly go down with a fast enough recharging attack chain.

  20. I have a claws/WP brute capped to S/L defense that's pretty pricey. Kinetic Combats are not for the weak of pocket, but if you want it I'd be glad to post it for you.
