All the IO sets with the exception of the new pvp IO's are in mids. Their are so many differerent pvp builds it all depends what your building for.

I don't really pvp with tanks but I guess you want plus recharge, plus damage, plus hit points with some accuracy(though maybe not in that order).

Just look threw the sets and see what the bonuses have to offer.

I can answer a couple questions the more general ones.

1. The set bonuses you listed plus accuracy are all the main ones to aim for.

2.Not sure never tried a PB in pvp.

3.Even with max perception you can only see a stalker from 10 feet away. For a blaster that takes targeting drone,rectified recticle and tactics.

4.Super speed offers no stealth in pvp zones what so ever. Best you can do is stealth IO plus stealth but even then everyone is going to see you. stalkers are the only ats that can move around undetected without worrys.

So its not just my problem. Well this is a complete joke. Who are we supposed to contact. I sent a petition what else can I do? Well I'm payed up till june 14 so and if they don't get this joke they call i14 together [censored] this I'm out.

I was palying today with my main blaster and heading to atlas to go to RV well the game crashes on me and ever since I haven't been able to log him in. Any other character can log in just not him.

Everytime I try it says he is currently logging out and to try again in a few seconds. This happened about 30 minutes ago and I sent a petition in game with an alt. No one has gotten back to me and I'm not sure what ti do.

Any idea what is happening?

MM's are tough but without their pets blasters 3 shot them. You want pure melee go roll a stalker very fun to play and still very effective.

And I read can't find the link right now but everyone one is allowed in to closed beta. So I guess it won't really be closed.

I got a question does flurry crit from hide? I would guess so but haven't picked it up on my stalker yet to test.

More like to make room for i13 they used a bulldozer on i12.

This right here. You can just get a team of flying blasters with a troller or 2 to lock everything down and got damn its way to easy.

For a corrupter I would have to say fire for a primary.

Can not put the stealth IO in an auto power like hurdle, does NOT allow it.

Now why would you want to ignore you primary for the most part?

JohnnyDeadSide (no quote pyramid) so we can at least agree to disagree. But if you think it was trash talking that killed PVP I'm not to sure what to say. Well except for I think I13 did it not the trash in the zones.

I only play on freedom so yes the PvP zones are picking up their a great deal. Can't comment on the other servers.

I already challenged him with my fire/ blaster which he said ice is better then. The OP is to much of a wuss bag won't put his money where his mouth is.

A little help as I'm kinda new to Masterminds and not sure how to slot and all the powers to have and what not. this is my build so far for my lvl 24 Mastermind. Any suggestions would help as the AT intrigues me and the I like how you can control each pet individually.

My bad about the perception IO I thought since it was part of the to hit buff set rectified recticle it gave a to hit buff.

A trial account and you want to farm, how lols is that. You know threw regular play you can make it to 14 in a day.

Just looks like a power puff girl with no color to me.

It wasn't just elusivity that was nerfed but defense as well. I'm not sure on all the numbers but since i14 went live I hit defense based toons noticibly more often.

My accuracy on each attack is about 70% and I have about 75% global accuracy but I also have targeting drone plus the perception IO for the to hit buff. Same exact build as i13 but I hit much more often.
