I was suppose to get my 9 month vet reward today as per my main account page says so yet nothing. I have heard about this happening to others but who would I contact to get this sorted out?

And to answer the op it's probably one of the fastest maybe tied with an tier 1 ice blast. Can't say for sure don't feal like looking at the moment -
I took it on my martial arts guy so I could come in with flying crane kicks. Oh ya picture it's as fun to use as it is funny to watch.

They mess real well, shield charge gives MA the extra aoe it could use and MA has some nice ST damage to take down anyone. Once you io out shield it becomes a monster.

Elude awesome yes but don't plan on it really helping for defeating AV's. I don't think you could put out enough damage to take down an AV before elude wears off.

I have recently gotten to playing controllers and have gotten one to a respectable level of 41 so far and was able to check out the epics for them. First I was very pleased with the variety they have as I am use to playing scrappers and we all know how good their epics are.
Thery seem to be extra attacks for the most part but also with a little something else like Ice has hibernation, Primal forces mastery has power boost and Stone has Earths embrace. This got me thinking fire was missing something. For one all the others have 5 powers except psionic mastery. So here's what I think fire should have added to it either healing flames or rise of the phonix.
What do you guys think? -

Sorry but ya I have never looked down on someone over a name and if you think that's a lie W/E. Superficial judgement has nothing to do with ones name here is the meaning since you obviously don't know what it means

Sure its only worth minimal merits but for the first time you run it on a character you get the sweet temp power Amy to summon. If you ask that's good enough reason to run it right there.
Edit: oh ya you get some costume pieces for running it as well even better -
I'm sorry about last night guys my connection went down all of a sudden and I tried just about everything to fix from restarting my modem to checking all the wires to make sure none were loose, kept trying for like a half an hour too. But nothing worked. Sorry again guys.

To the OP, do whatever floats your boat, so to speak. There is no rule per se you are breaking by adding a period, hyphen, whatever to the end of your name. Personally, when I see this in game, I tend to "look down" upon the player.
To the OP do it who cares it's a game and if the name you want is taken well you put your hyphen or whatever in I won't judge you on your name. I have had this happen to a few of my characters and and used it and don't see what the big deal is. If anything it's clever and a way to get what you want. -

I'm not talking about adding Assault to increase your DPS for faster AV soloing and/or Maneuvers to reach the defensive softcap. The OP thinks that he needs the entire Leadership pool to make his teams effective and himself a contributing team member. That is absolutely wrong, at least from my point of view.
Why? To answer that question I should explain my understanding of the Scrapper AT. The biggest advantage of the AT is neither its damage (a good Blaster does more) nor its survival capability (a good Tanker can take alot more than a good [=! godlike 4 billion inf] Scrapper). It's the ability to be self-reliant what makes Scrappers helpful team members. A good Scrapper doesn't fear damage or needs buffs and heals to be effective. It's fair to say he removes himself from the tankers/controllers/defenders protection-list.
Too achieve this goal, it is the best to enhance your own defensive capabilites and your damage. This is usually done by adding most of your primary and secondary powers as well as some selected pools like Fitness, Fighting or Speed. You can also add some Leadership powers like the abovementioned Assault or Maneuvers. But adding an entire pool with the vague hope of becoming more "helpful" would hurt your self-reliance, especially during the leveling process, and you'd become an obstruction for the team that you tried to support with your power choices.
For clarification:
1. My favorite Scrapper (Claws/WP) uses Assault and my current Scrapper project (BS/SD) will add Maneuvers in his early 40s.
2. And I'm not the kind of person that kicks people from his teams without consinderation. And I'm not doing this because of power selections, unless it's a defender with only 1 primary power.
3. I'm no native speaker and I don't post here to insult other forum readers. So anything that can be understood as an insult is not meant that way. -
