Primarily PvE with FA is one ACC going to be enough? And if it is will that suck very badly if and when I dabble in PvP? -
Build really goes to 32, I just can't work out the rest and slotting is up for change anyway. Plus at this point (41) I have 8 slots left.

Thoughts on Presence Pool for fears?
Concealment?

For MoG users in teams warning the healer that they aren't about to die.
On 2nd thoughts:
/macro label "g Don't worry I'm about to die I have MoG.$$powexecname Moment of Glory" -
Only macro I use regularly is a switch for SJ -> CJ and back:
/macro label "powexecname combat jumping$$powexecname super jump"
I also have used it for Fly/Hover
But Scrappers aren't normally in need of macros, we just hit stuff till its dead. -
Last time I came looking for a build I was thinking that my time would be spent in PvP... now however I have tried inventions I know I'll be doing a goodly amount of missions to grind enough junk to make me some IOs.
Now I have a good solid (IMO) build up to 32, but then I get stuck. I won't take MoG as I hate it, I tend not to take revive, so where else should I go?

I thought about tough but having tested it vs Rikti and Paragon Protectors in RCS I find that it doesn't seem to make a huge amount of difference. I've also looked at intimidate/invoke panic from presence pool but again don't know...
So any ideas? Strong PvE mainly solo but some PvP and with a bit of luck some Hamidon/STF. -
Other advantage of claws is its endurance light so can be used in a fitness free build! One day I'll get mine over level 18

Thanks for the tips all, this will be an i9 build mainly as one player Duos tend, in my experience, to take longer to level than solo or playing with friends. This will be 2nd real duo the first got stuck at 16 ish but one half is still playing

Duoing with two of these, I felt when planning the builds that the synergy was good between the two sets. However I'm not 100% sure especially for slotting and must/not have powers. Can anyone pick them out for me or link to a guide?

Will 2x AM allow perma hasten/perma AM?
With 2x AM will I need stamina too? -

Poor PvP / Poor PvE - Hot damn I need another respec.
Don't bother with arena as I don't enjoy it.
Controllers ??/?? and really hate ??/Kin. (BS/Rgn really really hates ??/kin or anything ice as the attacks are sooooooo sloooooooooooow)
Haven't met a lot of Dominators (thank god) but hate them too.
I also hate facing other regen scrappers and stone tanks/brutes as I have issues hitting them with ToF.

Don't like tanks, scrappers or blappers. Might not be able to kill anything but don't instantly die either for everything else. -

But yeah any pet user is easy prey for DM/?? I was fighting a Ill/?? in Warburg who cunningly summoned his pets when I was low on END, I got all my END back and some nice to-hit. -

TP Foe -> ToF -> Smite -> Ariel Superiority -> Smite -> Tof..... etc. Works on Mobs anyway.
What slotting for TP Foe? -
But aid self isn't -regen!

I saw a link some time ago, possibly in one of MZs posts. It was for a MM build using the additional CC powers from Challenge pool to become more of a controller than pure MM. I'd like to have a try at this as my current build is annoying me. Any chance of anyone having a link to the guide or something similar?

Oh well changed my mind in the end and went for the rather too common EM/Elec. Currently enjoying it at lvl7 ish

As I have lots of play time on a DM/Rgn scrapper I figured something similar in Villainous form would be nice. I don't like DA and though I like Stone I don't like the lack of speed so thats out too.
So reasonable PvE but will be good in PvP? -
Since my sojourn in WoW I have begun to enjoy PvP more, I have a respec left on Lost Ninja so I'm looking for a good PvP build that will still be okay in PvE.
Currently the build is a mess, and I tend to run out of end certainly in RV.
Ideally I want a good all rounder useful in Sirens Call and upwards.
Any ideas? -
Generally a 2nd travel power, or resilience....
Anything but MoG. As in my experience if your down to that sliver of health and the bad guy isn't dead you'll die anyway MoG or no MoG. Especially as by 38 so many mobs have psionics as a damage type. -
BS/Dark would be a nightmare for END!
BS/Regen is okay but even then can run dry. -

I'm actually leaving the game briefly, I hope, though I may be gone until i8. I made a thread in general about it.
Apologies for leaving on such short notice but finally decided that I'm just not getting the same enjoyment I once was.
The teamspeak server is still available if needed. -
I found Inv and SR both offer better Def/Res and are more fun. Both are beaten into ground by regen.
DA takes far too long to get good. -

I have tried it on and off since the begining of I3 and I still don't like it. -
Having played with and against some of the great bubblers, both controllers and defenders I have seen what they can achieve. i7 IMO has made little diiference to bubblers that don't rely on a single power.
Knockback vs Fake Nems, I got the badge using three attacks, one of which knocked them down, the other two killed them. Knock back/down is as I said before one of the most useful status effects in the game and its even better since rag doll was introduced. -
If I can get a level on Bad Cop (Kin/Dark) I can bring her... Otherwise I can bring LN (DM/Rgn)
Assuming of course that I actually remember
