The reason walking doesn't work is because the speed at which we move is actually like another power in COH :/ which kinda sucks. but in actual fact "walk" is already a power in game next time your in game type [walk] and the power will show it debuffs the characters travel speed to a walking pace.

I guess it would just be a case of allowing players to use it :/ can't see it being that hard.

I think the point was the take out the group with sleep and kill the av before they wake up and find their master in a quivering nakid pile on the floor

Selectable powers, keyword search, level range specification are some of the ones that stick in my head ^^

But the mission the OP speaks about is genious. It allows for the entire team to farm without any toggles (max res+def bubbles) therefore focus on dmg and attacks ^^ the perfect farm

Actually it seams only the french have found that little niche exploit. I have never encountered it on any english servers (i guess thats down to it being a french mission) only when i started playing on vig and without being able to speak good french did i stumble upon the gem that is maxed def/res on any char and a boss farm

EU and US are like two separate games in that when you purchase EU you cannot access US. I suggest you try and get a refund but as far as i am aware they do not refund this type of thing; though contact support about it (your friend might have to do it since he purchased it).

That would seam untrue both city of heroes and city of villains are available regardless of what you have purchased. Assuming you have created a villain character they will not be allowed to visit paragon city. You must create a hero character to do this.

WP is generally decent enough although it doesn't really shine until its IO'd. You also have to take into consideration that there are a lot more outside effects now in PvP; Diminishing returns for one. So all those nice numbers get chopped down to make things a little easier for everyone.

Into the bargain, you don't have a heal and like most characters that don't two well slotted critical AS hits will make a fair dent in your health; if not kill you there and then (obviously not so much with a tank). Personally im no expert at pvp i can supply the general info but you'd be best listening to someone who knows a little more

What server are you on and i'll join you and see how you PvP, because sometimes methods can be ineffective. After all you can't expect to walk into PvP and straight off be a killing machine. It takes experience more than anything

its a cool and unique power set request, however its just a tad impractical Animation wise anyway (since the character themselves are the origin of the power. This uses the *character as the power itself* )

I would also like the ability to unlock (after some difficult task and not so easily attainable) Trainer type npcs or facilities. but i still like decorative NPC's with text

I agree with the increase in debt as mentioned badges are incredibly hard to accumulate now. THat and i haven't noticed any debt since they changed it mainly because its gone the next mob... or is sucked up by patrol xp.

My suggestion is they change patrol xp not to exist, but only cancel out debt when its present (and you log out). That way you can choose to work it off, and you'll see it there. But yea, fix debt please. or just remove it because it might as well be gone in the current state.

Quite agree there, i've been playing for a while now with two rather large Vertical "letter box" bars either side of the screen... Reducing my lovely wide screen to a tiny box (and then cutting an inch of either side :smrk

Which is hard to find since most are minimum of around 5 levels although they do exist i believe. The easiest way to do this however with any enemy group type is add a boss who has a level of 50+

Now if your faced with a story arc that you don't want a random Arachnos boss spawning, the main way to get around that is to make the boss spawn after the final mission completion objective (and probably at the "front" position) That way your left with no boss and since most people leave when the mission is completed you have no worries of them stumbling upon the random boss spawn (:

What would be a disturbance to most the sight now standing on the outskirts of the bank turned few heads. By todays standards, figures materializing in the middle of the street was not something to be shocked by; especially at the current location. Blocked by a few rough looking men, the figure flicks the wrist. Following this motion a swirl of flames shot from the fingertips, enveloping the men in place. Calmly and with grace the figure proceeds forward through the adjacent chaos now erupting. Apparently people's skin melting was.
Inside the First National Bank building, a young man stands perched on one leg. The other pinning the assistant manager 6 and a half feet high to the wall by the neck; clearly dexterity is on his side. Further down the hall distant whimpers echo. Trailing her by the hair, a cloaked male forces security against either side with a free hand; the manager stopped struggling several minutes ago. The destination was clear to her, however the purpose was not. Her train of thought was broken by a large explosion in the corridor, flames seared the carpet at the end of the hall. From the look on the figure inflicting her, something wasn't right. Quickening the pace, she winced as the pain increased.
Several miles down the street, two PPD officers are relaxing in an unmarked car.

i did this about a week ago and joined a themed RLT to start tomorrow got a few new characters waiting to be leveled there (highest is 15, hero; level 20 vill)

Either way isn't ghost falcon an original design (wasn't added after launch)? probably why he looks a little outdated But then again it's the golden oldies that remind us of the classics i think his costume reflects that (:
