I think I can say that we DO appreciate the willingness of those who are more skilled in "that other feature" to share with those of us who are not so savvy or who might just be starting out. But in the long run, it is merely a band-aid to the real problem... the problem of overcoming a gap that shouldn't exist.

Tier 3 Empowerment Stations...
You'll need to craft a tier 1 station from a crafting table
then use the tier 1 to craft a tier 2 station,
then use the tier 2 to craft a tier 3 station.
You could prolly get by with a tier 2 station for a while, but if you do a lot of TF/Trials/(CoP)... you'll want the tier 3 eventually.

Thing is, as was pointed out in another thread... Sure, earning inf is easy in this game... as long as you're playing the game and not spending obsessive hours on end in the base editor... lol.
Also, as Cende pointed out in yet another thread, building a purely transportation base will cost nearly 1.9 million in prestige (what's the inf. conversion on that?). That does not include storage or med bays...
Trying to earn that much prestige can be quite daunting for even a small group of players... especially if they're off making Praetorians.
This gap, or hump, or step, or whatever you want to call it... between the "small" and a "medium" base has been a bone of contention for many of us for a very long time... It was on Mad Scientist's list back in 'o8, and is still there as an item that remains unaddressed (along with a bajillion other items).
Thing is, we can sit here and go back & forth about our own reasonings on the matter, but until we hear that the Devs are actually committing time and resources to Bases... it's just chatter.

Okay... nothing but 'porters, eh?... for all zones...
You will need 11 'porters for 22 zones.
At 50 eng + 25 cntrl. each, you need 550 eng & 275 cntrl.... just to run your 'porters
Each beacon will take 5 control (x 22 beacons), so add 110 to your control costs.
So now totals are 550 eng & 385 cntrl.
The catch is that control items *also* take energy to run... so let's look at them first.
Looking at P-wiki's list of control items, it looks like the mid-level control item is going to be your best bet. It will give you 500 control, but also cost 500 energy to run. NOTE: this item requires a badge.
So, add 500 to your energy costs for a total of 1050 energy needed.
Looking at P-wiki's list of energy items, it looks like the first level item will give you close to what you need at 1000 eng. You will be just 50 shy.... luckily, one first level auxillary unit will get you 150.
I think that covers the minimum for what you're asking...
Don't forget, you will need a separate control room and energy room to place your respective items in... you cannot use the oversight center for them.

As far as I can think of right of the bat, the only powers that toggle off with combat jumping are (superjump), walk & ninja run...

I would never malign *chocolate* for the poor treatment it receives from certain mass production "candy" corporations. It's not *chocolate's* fault that it gets diluted with horrible fillers & binders, just so some bigwig can stretch their bottom line...
Of course NOW my analytical brain understands what my tastebuds always knew.

Dark One, I always thought you were supposed to put the vinegar/mirin sauce in with the rice while it cooks? I find your technique of adding it in afterwards very interesting.
And chocolate is almost always the way to a woman's heart, Crim. lol...
I say *almost*, because when I was younger, I actually didn't care much for chocolate. Later in life, I discovered that it wasn't chocolate *per se* that was the problem... but rather it was my tastebuds... I like the expensive stuff (go figure). lol
I love the fun additions that some of the chocolatiers have come up with.. ginger, cayenne, even some florals, go very nicely with (dark) chocolate. Have fun experimenting!

Got hit with it last night while running Posi 2.
Team of 6, ran into a large mob,

...
I could type, watch everyone else move, but my char was frozen (she even died standing up).
I was able to hosp without a system crash.
It's been a long time since I got bit by this bug, wondered if anyone else had noticed an increased frequency with it.

Yes, there is a longstanding bug regarding rent:
If the base has been inactive for a long-ish period of time (gone w/o rent being paid), then even after you've reactivated by paying your rent, the power & control will still not turn on.
You will need to petition to have it fixed.
USUALLY they fix it within a day.... but with GR still being new, it might take longer. Just keep up on the ticket.
