The City Rep inside City Hall in Atlas PArk gives the Cape mission, as well as the Aura mish.

sweet colors Thorny, has a very eerie feel, the colors reminds me of the ruined Paragon City villains face in the Patron Arcs

I've got the bots covered. I took reference screenies of each of the 3 tiers and also in the 3 stages, start out, equiped and then equiped/upgraded. Head to the Wherls page and click on Wherrlwind. The references of the bots are via the clickable pictures of them. When I get time I need to redo those screenies so they're in scale in relation to each other.

I have a thugs/traps up to 21-22 or so that I haven't played in years, but if I ever get her up to 32 I've post screenies of them as well.

that set will be a little bit more work to screenshot as the punks have a few different looks and randomize.

this is just my opinion, but I agree that it depends on the artist who's being commissioned and the commission itself.

for sketch or sketch like commissions or commission that cost very little I don't expect much more than the finished product to be close to what was promised by the artist. lines or progress art to make sure the details are nice but if the commission was fairly inexpensive it's not necessary. anything 3 figures and usually is a pretty detailed/elaborate piece I'd hope and expect some sort of progress work to make sure the artist and I both have the right idea on what was expected for the final stuff, and in my experience more cases than not the artist would do that anyway.

I think I'll get out of line for this as well, it's starting to sounds too fishy, too many inconsistencies and getting a bit defensive about anyone trying to find concrete proof.

Interestingly enough I did some past checking into some adult superheroine sites I've checked out before and do from time to time. What? Like that's a surprise? Shouldn't be if anyone's read my story about how I discovered the original Hericane due to one night of curious Googling.

Anyhow.... after checking some sites... guess what... pull up superheroine.com its fair its not linked... you guys can go type it in and see it, very NSFW. Click on the Enter Free Area, then click on the picture that changes every few second as advertisement to see the free pics the site uses to advertise. Not only is there one or two pics of a Susan Steel there, in an picture aptly named "Butter & Steel" as one of the rotating pictures, but there's just enough of some pics of Susan Steel there to match the pic from States OP. And checking the contacts page, I see they're based in Arizona, with a number to call.

You'll run into Ascendants for sure in the Striga Arcs, as well as a few redside arcs. I've found them in some of the patron arcs, as well as I think the redside Mercedes Sheldon Mighnighter arc.

hehe I did, I saw one very notable one, a certain artist's char, and very a saw the one that woudl ahve had that title although it's behind Wherrl's head so it woulda been hard to read..
