Have you ever tried GIMP? It's a free program. Also paint.net you can do some really neat stuff with them. You have improved greatly since you were last posting art. Keep up the good work

Not bad at all given the program you're using <^_^> I think you'd do very well if you had access to something with a bit more OOMPH; GIMP2 isn't bad for that. (its what I'm using; though I admit, its kind of a pain in the rump at times; but better than MS paint!)

The lineart is very solid <^.^> YAY GAMMA!

thanks guys. I do most of my artistic fiddlin' at work and all we have to use is MSPaint. I can't install Gimp or anything else there.

well, one thing I've learned is what I'm good at and what I'm not good at.

I'm not so good at drawing what's in my head. But if I have a picture to look at, I'm ok at reproducing what I see.

It's very clear from this next pic that I had a great reference pic for facial pictures but kind of blew it on the hair. Oh well, I still kind of like it.

Oh, Gamma, Unstable can't post here at the moment due to an expired CoH account but asked me to recommend this site to go check out: aviary.com has some free art programs that you can use via a browser and such.
