Personally I prefer the stealth IO in one of the prestige sprints as it gives more options with the +stealth on two powers albeit with a higher end cost.

RttC at least on my tank doesn't seem to matter - I can still run past mobs with SS and no extra stealth over that without them aggroing.

Snipers will almost always spot you as their +per is so high and Rikti drones will usually do so if you hang around any length of time even with the SS, Stealth IO and Stealth on my US 'troller

Yep, the number of times the anchor is set on the first mob in the spawn is amazing with the result that its gone almost before its up, the boss is better but not by much as has been said - this is a priority target.

Not that much of one if you have the form slotted for end mod unless its a very extended fight.

Are you trying to run CityofHeroes.exe directly? - I thought this would only run from the updater CoHUpdater.exe

Also if you were running something like herostats before there is a possibility it may be that rather than CoH. I'm at work atm so cannot check filenames.

Possibly your best bet would be to reinstall - if its an old pc that you haven't played on in some time it will probably need to update most files in any case.

Probably the same reason they know who is attacking the base before you reach them. Obviously once they know who you are they head off to the scattered weapons caches and pick up the appropriate weapons - why they don't head over when the group next to them starts taking fire is another issue.

Had it happen on a Snaptooth mish before - the Rikti monkeys couldn't be attacked by one side and aggroed on the other. Not good when the side they aggro on are the low level sqishies.

No need for the dwarf, full team in nova form and the bosses will go down with the rest of the 5 mobs you aggro together (well would aggro if they survived) - Sheer carnage.

The Striga boat mishes on the 4th difficulty are a lot of fun on this sort of team. Wall to wall overlapping mobs plus whatever quants spawn and all cleared with the teams alpha.

Took both on my WP/Ice although stamina was very late and was running 8 toggles on just quick recovery until lvl 35 - I would probably have been better with it about 32 but didn't really need it before that - it was late 20s before I even took fitness pool which was probably too late - health would have been better earlier.

Most Doms with perma domination will have perma hasten as a side effect and it was possible before purples were available so much easier now.
Not sure if it can be done for every combination of powersets (probably not) so some idea of your's would give a better idea as to how to get there.

Need to remember the towers with my US Grav/Sonic when she reaches that level - she has 2 cage powers so thats 2 towers out of action

also keep an eye on the badge channels - there are frequent announcements when various GMs spawn

Of course this would need to allow for hitting innocent civilians or team members as well

OK shouldn't the server numbers have risen by a further one for the period that the Korean server was running?

Would like to see these broken down by server - even if just to dispel the myth that the US ones are all more heavily populated.

took a look on the BBC Birmingham home page today and what do I see but Ghost Widow and Miss Liberty - pity there's no mention of CoX in the accompanying article.
