Aye, you can easily cap it with swift
CoH PvP SG = SuperUnion - Co-Leader - Union/Freedom
CoV PvP VG = Disruption - Co-Leader - Union/Freedom

I have looked for this, but I have not been able to find the answer. The question is what slots do you need to hit the flight speed cap. Thanks.
