    And in the case of a chargeback, the only time I've known them to reverse the ban is if you were using PayPal and Paypal initiated the chargeback.
    I'll try to send another ticket again. Though I'm not entirely sure why at the end it says the ticket sending failed and shows that I have fields that aren't filled in.. when they are.

    But I do appreciate the community's reaction, better than most I've been in.

    To add, there wasn't a dispute over payments, I canceled it myself before the next one was due. I hope they don't ban for long periods of inactivity!

    Ok so I got permanently banned for an unknown reason. I haven't been back to CoH/CoV since August 2009 (when I had to stop playing because I couldn't make the payments). I tried to log in today to find my account perma-banned.

    Tried sending in a support question asking the devs/GMs why I was banned and what they could do about it, but all the question portion does is try to make me make a new account, even though I'm already supposed to be logged into my own account. The account banned was NOT this one (obviously, I just made it). I didn't violate any rules before I left, I had planned on returning.

    I can't just make a new account BECAUSE of the extra content I purchased, that's like saying "Hey, thanks for spending $60 on our game, you no longer can play though, and we'll keep your money thx "

    I'm growing increasingly infuriated as I keep trying to send in Support Questions only to have it say certain areas haven't been filled when they HAVE. Can anyone refer a GM to this thread, or have them PM me explaining this situation?
