Ok so I got permanently banned for an unknown reason. I haven't been back to CoH/CoV since August 2009 (when I had to stop playing because I couldn't make the payments). I tried to log in today to find my account perma-banned.
Tried sending in a support question asking the devs/GMs why I was banned and what they could do about it, but all the question portion does is try to make me make a new account, even though I'm already supposed to be logged into my own account. The account banned was NOT this one (obviously, I just made it). I didn't violate any rules before I left, I had planned on returning.
I can't just make a new account BECAUSE of the extra content I purchased, that's like saying "Hey, thanks for spending $60 on our game, you no longer can play though, and we'll keep your money thx

I'm growing increasingly infuriated as I keep trying to send in Support Questions only to have it say certain areas haven't been filled when they HAVE. Can anyone refer a GM to this thread, or have them PM me explaining this situation?
