No. Wings only flap when you are flying or jumping. Otherwise the animations have them folded in.

Ok after a little testing I have the following information.

- My lvl 50 with Fly and Swift un-slotted (no enhancements) is already at the FlightCap of 58.53 mph. From now on I will be leaving Swift and Fly off because it only affects +FlySpeed and not the FlightCap. Assume Fly is 3 slotted with S0's and Swift is 1-slotted with SO's. All the Afterburner numbers where blue indicating I was at the cap. I did have one unrecorded test where Afterburner raised my FlySpeed to a green number but that was with Fly un-slotted.

- Afterburner un-slotted boosts the FlightCap to 70.69 mph.

-Afterburner 1-slotted with a SO raises the FlightCap to 77.72 mph

-Afterburner 3-slotted with SO's raises the FlightCap to 86.55 mph.

-Afterburner 3-slotted with IO's raises the FlightCap to 87.14 mph.

All SO's and IO's where at lvl 50.

The power description on this is totally unhelpful. "Increases flightcap by 1." I plan on testing with different slot #'s and see if I could push it to 112mph. Just haven't gotten around to the respec and pencilwork yet.

Afterburner is not going to make a noticeable difference for Hover. On my lvl 50 my flight-cap is 56.something mph. With Afterburner 1-slotted with a 43% Flightspeed IO it raises my flight cap to 79.64 mph.

I think in Samuels case he enjoys having things to complain about. Thus he is as happy playing as anybody else.

No. If you are subscribed you should be able to play. Try re-posting this in the technical issues forums where the real masters lurk.

They did offer the Collector's Edition goodies as a booster pack for limited time. Who knows, they may do it again.

The game binaries have changed and it may not be recognizing the previously allowed CoH to run. Manually re-add them to the firewall and see if it lets you play then.

If you are behind a personal firewall you may need to allow CoH again.

There are now two version of the Mission Teleporter. The Mac Special Eddition power is still there but it is in a different category than "temp powers". I believe (but won't swear to) that the one you want is under "inherent powers".

He got that for fixing the queen's jukebox.

I really don't mind the one on the main screen or the buy buttons in the costume creator pieces I don't have. Most of the posts I make about it are good-natured ribbing or at least intended to be so.

The only one that bothers me is the one on the enhancement screen. It just doesn't need to be there. Too much of the button being everywhere might turn free players off to the game.

It was well documented that the Rocket Board was for traveling only and turned off toggles. People bought it anyway. If I buy a toaster that specifically says it doesn't make waffles can I still complain that it doesn't make waffles? I can but the manufacturer isn't going to give me a refund.

How does any of that make it a bad idea? Don't leave us hanging like that.
