No one should be forced to team with people they don't want to. Everyone has the right to be selective about who they team with. If a group of players want to run incarnate stuff just amongst their friends/SG/Coalition/private global channel whatever then that's their own damn business. No one has te right to disrupt their fun as long as they are following the rules of the game.

To be accurate only players that had pre-existing CoH accounts had to make an extra purchase to get access to the incarnate stuff. New players that bought, and continue to buy the GR complete collection got/get GR as well as CoH and CoV all in one purchase.

If the devs stay true to past history GR will eventually be merged seemlessly with the rest of the game just like CoH and CoV were merged and it won't matter what edition someone buys they'll get access to the whole combined game regardless of when they first activated their account.

That's great news then! I must have encounterd a bug when I was still showing the items on the crafting table in RWZ.

If the items that you already unlocked don't appear on the list anymore because you can't get them more than once on a character then you don't have to worry about remembering that they were unlocked.


And it's obvious why the devs programmed it so the Vanguard costume recipes would disappear after being unlocked because Vanguard recipes can't be traded. So the Vanguard list only shows you what you can still buy and craft. It makes the list less confusing.


If the items are still showing after the Vanguard pack was rewarded then that's a bug that needs to be reported.

Non-functioning versions of all the nifty base items have been requested before but if you stop and think about it, we have far too many idiots that would be filing bug reports because they are too stupid to realize that they

A: Bought the decorative nonfunctioning version. or
B: The item they are clicking on in the SG they just joined is just decorative.

You're making a mountain out of a mole hill. All you have to remember is that you have all the Vanguard costume pieces on your account. So from now on you only have to buy the temp powers for your characters. It's that simple.

As for Vanguard costume recipes appearing on the crafting table, that doesn't matter because the game won't let you craft a costume recipe that has already been unlocked. I know because I've forgotten what I had unlocked on other characters and when I've tried to craft a Vanguard costume piece I already unlocked the game wouldn't let me.
