Villainside, My Soldier of Arachnos is level 33, has gotten the Raptor Pack (Atlas Mayhem), Goldbricker Pack (Marshall Brass mission), and the Zero-G Pack (King's Row Mayhem).
[/ QUOTE ]Looks like you missed the Sky Raider Flight Pack (Lt. Chalmers), though that one, at least, is available in Flashback. -
Hm? I see people use emotes with Mud Pots all the time. Usually for mud baths.

[ QUOTE ]
though only getting it once seems a bit harsh.
[/ QUOTE ]You can get it again (sort of). In CoV, there are 2 different missions that can give you a second and third jetpack. I believe there's a second jetpack ou can get from a CoH mission as well. And finally, it's possible to purchase a jetpack for 10,000 inf in Grandville (CoV) or the Shadow Shard (CoH; restricted to lv40+ characters) -

With the way they've talked about how some of the colors work in-game, it looks like that specific category assumes that Color Brightness = Opacity
[/ QUOTE ]Multiplicative blending (simplified: Black{0.0} * anything = Transparent Black; White{1.0} * anything = anything; Gray{0.5} * anything = Translucent anything / 2)
The alternative is additive blending (Black + anything = anything; White + anything = Solid White; Gray + anything = something between anything and Solid White)
Since costume pieces don't make you invisible, they can't be solely multiplicative, though I don't pretend to know exactly how the colors are calculated. (My multiplicative vs. additive comparison is also simplified; there's usually more that goes into each than that, especially with regard to how the overlaps occur) -

My thinking is "buff" will grant you more hits on your attackers and "Debuff" will make your attackers miss you more?
[/ QUOTE ]This assumption is true only for Accuracy and ToHit. Buffing your Accuracy/ToHit will make you hit more; debuffing the opponent's Accuracy/ToHit will make them hit less.
By contrast, buffing your Defense will make them hit less, and debuffing their defense will make you hit more.
Buffing your Resistance will make them hit for less damage, debuffing their Resistance will make you hit for more damage. Buffing your Damage will make you hit for more damage, debuffing their Damage will make them hit for less damage. Et cetera. -
Buff: Something beneficial to you (or your allies)
Debuff: Something detrimental to your opponent -

virtual currency cannot be traded for real goods or services. Defined to include pre-paid game time cards
[/ QUOTE ]So what're they gonna do about EVE, where trading ISK for time cards is legal? -

For all those saying OP doesn't play enough to get Inf at the levels he is seeking - I am assuming that's because he doesn't have a 50 after 3 years playtime. right?
[/ QUOTE ]I can't speak for others, but I'm saying he doesn't play enough to get the inf levels he wants because you increase your inf by playing*. Therefore, if you don't have the amount of inf ou want, you haven't played enough.
* Marketeering can be done without playing, but it also requires a base to start from. -

The weapon models are effects, not polygonal additions.
[/ QUOTE ]I don't know how you came to that conclusion, since it's not true. -

Was this supposed to be pushed live with I15.

Should i post a ticket and hope it gets fixed?
[/ QUOTE ]Yes, and go find your Architect Edition code that you used, because they're certain to ask you for it. -

Mage: The Ascension FTW! Catgirls FTL!
[/ QUOTE ]Exalted > Mage
In Exalted, there's no such thing as impossible; merely varying degrees of awesome.
[/ QUOTE ]
Nonsense. The Impossible in Exalted is mentioning Void Avatar Prana or Zeal without getting your throat slit by one of the forum memb--*gurgle*
[/ QUOTE ]Void Avatar Prana is a typo, and Zeal is actually entirely appropriate to the First Age (and it's found in the Dreams of the First Age book - surprise!); I'd imagine Zeal has been forgotten in the Age of Sorrows. -

So tell me what to do, how do people generate all the influence to buy these expensive IO sets?
[/ QUOTE ]In general: Playing more than you have.
You can get money from playing the market... which requires money and/or drops.
You can get money from selling drops... which requires defeating enemies.
You can get money from defeating enemies... which requires playing.
Simply put: playing more gets you more money to spend. Hardcore players who're online hours a day will end up with better stuff than casual players who are online hours a month. -

doesnt know the complexity of the program
[/ QUOTE ]Which is why the I14 update was delayed, while Steiner learned it
[/ QUOTE ]
So the I14 update actually was put out for everyone with mids? do I need to change the path to updating server now to be able to get the updates? Or has it indeed not been released?
[/ QUOTE ]It hasn't been released yet. -

I was thinking when a hero or villain draws out his/her sword or gun where does it come from??? I was wondering why dont they have a holster or something to put there weapons into and so its visible. there can be different holster costume parts and ect. if you don't like the holster idea please think about making weapons visible on either the characters back or waist (should have choice based on player).
Think about this!!

Hammer space.

Wow, that link kinda sucks. The term Hammerspace was around long before anime-girls were wielding hammers.

Steiner is working on Mids' Hero Designer now. The development hasn't stopped.
Additionally, I've just gotten on board with the Titan Network team, and will be working on cross-os compatibility. (translation: making Mids' work for Mac/Linux) -

I don't understand why they are removing Dominate from Dominators. Isn't that the core of the AT?
[/ QUOTE ]Er... they're not.
Domination had the +Damage removed from it, and the Dominators' base damage was increased to compensate. Then a large number of the Assault powers were tweaked (some up, some down, most getting and additional damage boost) -

I know lots of people will say avoid defense because of the eyeballs, but all you have to do is skip over those groups. My kat/sr does great in the Storm Palace.
[/ QUOTE ]One should also be wary of the Psi damage Wisps, since Psi is a common weakness
[/ QUOTE ]
Yikes, yeah. And they fly, which can be super annoying when trying to gather them.
[/ QUOTE ]And they also have an auto power called Aversion which gives them Afraid (the same effect that makes critters run out of things like Burn) -
[ QUOTE ]
Aside from flight and sprint (which vastly improves the travel time) is there any kind of way to get around in this game? In other mmos I've played hitting level 20-40 meant that you gained some kind of faster getting around skill.
[/ QUOTE ]At level six (and above), you can pick up one of: Hover or Air Superiority, Jump Kick or Combat Jumping, Recall Friend or Teleport Foe, or Hasten or Flurry. Once you've selected one of those powers, at level fourteen (and above), you can select Fly, Super Jump, Teleport, or Super Speed, respectively. The four "Travel Powers" will let you get around very quickly. Additionally, you can optain a temporary flight pack (2hrs of flight) when you're level 5+, and you can obtain a temporary jump pack at lv10+.

Iam looking for like a vehicle or something.

Right now we're doing some stuff around the hollows and are around level 9 or 10. Would you recommend for immersion/fun wise sticking around there? and if not where should we go? both of our contacts sent us there- if we go back to the contacts that sent us there, will they have something else for us?
[/ QUOTE ]The contact that sent you to Winnicot should have more stuff available for you. However, I think the Hollows is fun, anyway
If you ever run out of missions to do, you should be able to talk to one of your previous contacts, and they'll give you a new contact.
