They're probably referring to Swift, which used to be able to accept them. Changing that fixed the issue where you could no longer un-stealth, ever.

What pet do you want? Some are AT-dependent, and some can be earned in game. Others are different kinds of rewards. We'll need a bit more to go on, unless you want a page or two of explanation.
