Correction, Wholesale power replacement isn't fondly looked upon when a set has been released.
With Proliferation(before live release) changing powers isn't a bad idea. Case in Point Stalker Electric Melee, It was originally going to have Thunderclap, and a lot of the powers were shuffled around quite a bit before it was ever released. -
I would certainly like to see them become tradeable.
In fact just yesterday I was over at a friends told him about the magic pack, which he then promptly bought(well as promptly as the NCStore let him) When he logged in and starting editing his main, he cringed because of how much the cost was and he didn't have any tokens left on that character. I told him that if I could I would give him some of mine because I don't use em that much. -

There are a couple of Temporary Auto powers that have an aura associated with them. -
No one in this thread is against giving TT recognition.
People are against that recognition being given in a game altering form. -
I noticed that that certificate is 3 years old, for an MMO alot can happen in 3 years. I also don't recall ever voting for such a thing and I've been playing this game since launch.
-
What's more is repeat offenders actually spawn different AT groupings on many different servers.
I've never participated in a RO run nor have I ever heard of TT before this thread.
I have a question for the TT advocates
I only play on Virtue and I never play tankers as I don't care for the play style what significance does TT have to me?
Now I agree that as an event that's been run for this long, with this consistency some recognition is warranted, however I don't think an in game plaque is the way to do it. -
Positron isn't that bad of a time eater though. (unless your doing it on a team of 8)
But 3 people can run through Posi in 2 hours. -
More content in general would mean more opportunity for Villains.
Especially SF/Trial content. -
While I agree with most of your suggestion the only problem I have is the accolade power.
Bill makes 2 very good points about that, and I have a third,
You're adding an accolade to one side without considering an equal one for the other. And now that we've largely gotten past the blue/red disparity (except for some content issues) I don't want to see anything that can start it up again. -
Signed for PPD
not so much Longbow though
Villains would get Nictus.
So we're adding 2 AT's one hero one Villain.
YAY! -
No At can take out a Ruin Mage before he gets his bubble up.
Point taken though. -
They have the use of their secondary to help get the team back on it's feet by taking out a problematic enemy, that they normally wouldn't be able to.
-
And the concept of Lemuria is older than Champions.
Some info
SO while Champions has a specific design of Lemuria, they by no means own the rights to Lemuria in general. -
Personally I'd like to see Vigilance turn into a scaling mez protection based on team health(modified to include the defender themselves)
So if the team is hurting the defender will be able to do what they can. Nothing annoys me more than getting mezzed on my defender when the team needs me.
Besides the scaling Mez protection is closer in function to the actual meaning of vigil. -
The thing with smoking is that as bad as it is, it's generally worse for the people around so
/signed to Smoke Grenade with the caveat that PGT gets un-nerfed as well. -
I actually think Binder of the Beast would fit nicely here, or maybe the badge for the Leviathan SF. After all what's more ballsy then taking a creature so big an entire city is built upon it and poking it in the eye?

Phoenix is a mythical creature that's been around for a LONG time, since the Egyptian times. It's also the name of a city and various sporting groups. Kinda hard to call that one "copyrighted."
Gambit, however, is a little more of a clear cut case. It's a word, no special history applied to it. A chess tactic, a sacrifice to obtain a better position. Pretty much able to be copyrighted as a name for somebody. Still, that's what we have the "Report for objectionable content" button for.
[/ QUOTE ]
You can't copyright the word gambit. You can copyright the character Gambit, but not the word itself. If it's not in a character context, it should be perfectly fine.
[/ QUOTE ]
This.
for example Marvel doesn't own the rights to Thor, they own the rights to specific portrayals of Thor. -
I just saw that report and it was a PvE related issue.
PvP testing hasn't been found yet. -
The closest currently is the Veteran Rewards, although that's not a pool of things.

There are some who say that Arcanaville is in each Beta before the devs. Some even say Arcanaville never actually leaves the test server, even when it is supposedly off-line...
[/ QUOTE ]
No, no, no the test server goes offline because Arcanaville needs to check something and can't have other people mucking up the test. -
I see no reason not to allow trial accounts to play MA arcs. However I think ratings should be disabled for them.

Except that a vacation you take is also a vacation for your brother ( being he doesn't have you in the way) thus 1 vacation for you = 1 vacation for your brother... thus a global share of the merits
[/ QUOTE ]
Your brother can't take time off from work just because you have some vacation time...
Oh, wait, I get it. You're saying not having you around is a vacation. Funny, but not really correct.
[/ QUOTE ]
True but at the same time he doesn't have to deal with you for that week your on vacation -
You can access the chat window while base building. You just have to manually reopen it.

I think Kitsune may be right on this.
In I9 Beta Boresight was all the rage, then it went to live and Luck Charms became the big item. -

Can we force the player to find the mission entrance?
[/ QUOTE ]
No
[/ QUOTE ]
Just so I'm clear, I mean the added objective of "Find Mission Exit". Is it available to us?
[/ QUOTE ]
I certainly hope it is, what's more is I hope we can set the mission exit to be different from the mission starting point.
