Well on the chance to, it would be inline with other procs.
I would still have this being on a longish recharge which would keep it line with other self rez powers.
although maybe for simplicity just have a low chance to go off.
5% chance for self rez? -
Except that it's not a chance to rez that was proposed
It's rez on defeat every 10 minutes.
Which is largely a weaker version of the self rez powers that some armor sets do get.
Personally I don't see the need for this. -

just curious, when the forum migration was rumored long ago,
vbulletin came up.
So is the migration still going to be to vbulletin and if so will the ability to directly reply to a poster be there?Cause I've been to another forum and couldn't directly reply to a poster without quoting, and honestly the way this community is that's not something I'm looking forward to. -
2 out of 6 powers having a DoT wouldn't be enough to impact overall performance
-
I agree and as far as story telling goes this is quite a bit off.
-
Because it matters to the players of the game.
the base stats of an AV and Hero are identical to each other. THe differences come from the powers they have available which varies greatly between each faction. (e.g. Statesman has different powers than Manticore, Recluse has different powers than Ghost Widow, all of them have the same base hp, base regen, and base resistance) -
Actually now that I think about it
Shield Charge may be part of the reason.
Consider an Elec/Shield Stlaker
Lightning Rod->ShieldCharge->Thunderstrike Crit
That's a lot of aoe damage for a largely st AT -
Hadn't realized that.
Hmmm....
Can't think of a particularly good reason for lack of fire melee, though I would prefer Ice melee.
As for shields
meh. -
Not all spine attacks have the dot though do they?
-
That particular placate bug is a pvp issue. It's avoided in PvE because the ai was specifically programmed to not pay attention to stalker secondary effects. Because Fire's secondary is DoT the ai can't be programmed to not pay attention to it without horribly breaking the game.
-
Actually in the case of Thor, Mjolnir and the lightning it can summon, those are all public domain. However Marvel owns the specific imagery of Thor, Mjolnir and the way in which their Thor actually summons the lightning.

I really haven't felt any significant advantage from dwarf form on my WS.
Maybe it's because I move in stealthed and open with Gravitic Emmanation(excepting a Q/V which will get a Gravity Well before I use Emmanation)
I then proceed to Mire/Nova blasts/Human blasts/Stygian
And the fuzzballs take care of anything that may have been neglected.
When there's a boss toggle on inky and then open with Gravitic.
This keeps me incredibly safe, and I still have the Option of using Eclipse should I want to. -

K' also kicks energy
as to the topic
Customization
Hue changing as a start, origin as a continuation.
And if plausible animations.
I understand the desire for a graphics upgrade, however I'm concerned that such an upgrade would make CoH unplayable on my machine. -
When Villains can have significant content added.
As to the OP
I see no reason why not. And the Hero Jetpack vendor can do the same. -
Lets see....
My Nin/SR Stalker likes to use Soaring Dragon as a finisher.
my Stone/WP Brute uses Heavy Mallet.
my Grav/Energy dom uses Total Focus or Lift and after I15 will also be using Power push giving him a choice of 3.
on my Ice/Traps cor Trip Mine is my favorite although I can't always get it. -
Have you played a Warshade?
Because your idea sounds very similar to Human Form Warshade powers.
Ranged attacks in the priamary
Resistance shields in the secondary
Medium damage
Medium HP
and look they still get some self heals and self rezzes to boot. only difference would be the inherent. -

I think you just answered your own question. Cross-factional ATs makes this a non-issue IMO.

A merged market also makes this a non issue. -

Ever notice how all the alternate-universe versions of Statesman are evil?
I kinda wonder if Paragon Earth might be an aberration. After all--if the criminal Marcus Cole is supposed to stay Evil, a dimension where he's 'good' would be the "evil parallel universe" for most. Especially since Paragon Earth set up massive walls to "protect" its citizens, and in Praetoria that wasn't necessary...
[/ QUOTE ]
Now that is an interesting thought.
Another interesting point is there is only 1 walled off city in the Rogue Isles. Grandville.
Even more interesting is Recluse largely isn't all that evil. Yes he wants to take over the world, yes he pursues power with some questionable methods, but ultimately he is trying to be the epitome of Survival of the Fittest, which is why the Isles are so chaotic. Afterall chaos breeds change and only the best can survive in such an environment.
I never really cared for the Statesman character.Maybe because he isn't such an ideal hero? -
That might be nice.
it should probably be limited to 2 sets per AT though. -

Parity is important for features and for fixing bugs
[/ QUOTE ]
I want to believe that, honestly I do, but I just can't. -
Well then I see no reason why the Titan shouldn't give merits as well.
Yes I realize it's a bug, but until it's fixed and for a brief period afterward why not have the Titan give 2 merits as well?
Or is parity not important anymore? -
Is the flier in the STF the same one that Patrols Grandville?
