I've been trying to buy one of the costume packs from the NCSoft store for a couple days now, but I keep getting the same error. "We can't process your purchase right now, try later or try one of our retailers." I've asked in game and no one seemed to be having the same issue. So, I figured I'd ask here.
I was able to purchase the GR xpac 2 days ago, but I ahven't been able to purchase anything sense.
I do have an active account.
I am in north america.
Uhh... can't think of anything that would be helpful.
