    No. It can't be made perma, but Hasten is wise for a Ice tank as you have a few clickies that improve you surviability ( Hoarforst, Hibernate, Energy absorbtion ).

  18. Thanks, Unthing, it is a levelling up build and some of the most fun in CoH i've had.

    Herding 8 hellions then pwning them has never been so satisfying.

    I assume you know that Whirlwind no longer prevents rooting, so the only useful PvP purpose I can think of is to perma knockback squishies ( unless it interrupts stalkers ).

    Isn't Aid Self on a regen a little bit excessive?

    I would expect resilience might be better for PvP than revive, as the extra disorient protection may come in handy against energy melee types.

    3 EndRdX in Tactics and 3TH_Buff in Tactics.
    3 EndRdX and 3TH_Buff in FA.

    Aid Self on a regen isn't excessive cos a 3rechg Reconstruction stills takes a bit but with a 3 rechg 3 heal Aid Self in spare will come in handy.

    1EndRdx in attacks.

    Revive might be better cos of I7 hosps now.
    But Resilience sounds good!

    What do you mean by 'rooted' effect, btw?
