Nexus Ar'gos, a 5 yer old character with a 5 year old costume, the GMs are demanding that the toon be deleted outright OR the player's 5 tear running account will be banned.
[/ QUOTE ]
Snipped and bolded for emphasis!
What everyone in this thread is missing is that the character in question is FIVE YEARS OLD! I mean come on! Five years! That's 2004! Five years!
You can't generic characters that are five years old, they're FIVE YEARS OLD. It's obvious. I mean come on. Five years! Count them: | | | | | <---Five. How could they generic a character that was made five years ago, on a five year old account no less? Five years.
I mean, jeez. Five YEARS! What part of five years do you people not understand...your logic and reason are irrelevant in the face of this five year old character/account.
FIVE YEARS! -
Very cool poster!
Now I wanna go play that... -

They can't do that unfortunately.

Yeah, it figures. =/
Anyway, I just made a macro that puts all my pets into "Attack Passive," so they'll take out my target and then go into passive mode. It's not quite what I want but it at least keeps them from running amok as soon as their target is defeated. -
Ah, you just made me remember that the banks will be closed tomorrow.
Saved me a pointless drive. :P -
I have a bind that sets all my pets to "Stay" Too bad it doesn't WORK. If they're in anything but passive mode, I could hit the bind 100 times a second and they'd still be all over the place. I also have a bind where I just shift + click and the pets go to where I click...you know, unless they don't feel like it. Even if they do, they just run off again right away...no matter how much I tell them to STAY.
Is there ANY WAY to make my pets just stay where I want them to...? I just want them to stand in one spot...seriously...how can it be so complicated? I understand that if they're in aggressive mode they'll run around to get into range...but I DON'T WANT THEM TO. If they can't hit anything from there, I want them to stand there and look stupid. Why can't I have that?! -

It's still a pain. Especially when they [censored] for it right in the middle of the mob..

It only takes two clicks to put someone on ignore. -
And ninjas have taught us that as long as you can replace yourself with a block of wood quickly and with enough suspense, you can avoid anything.

It would be cool to have a more noticeable and more active police force, with patrol cars similar to the Arachnos Flier (but not as tough to destroy) that can spawn a few policemen.
-
Well, according to Mids, with each power just having two end-mods it's about 140% -endurance. If you added just one to Ball Lightning, it's another 9% plus a HUGE recovery debuff. However, Power Sink can only be put at about 60 second recharge (45ish with hasten) if you don't go for set bonuses, and isn't available until 47...
I don't see why it wouldn't work. -
I just want to fight an evil Amy Johnson, so that I can finally have a proper use for my Amy Johnson summon.
Yes, I would totally make Amy Johnson help me beat down her alternate universe self. -

Hopefully double XP will not be given in AE mishes...

That would just...suck. -

her greatest strength is the shiny blue aura she throws out every few seconds. .
[/ QUOTE ]
Shiny blue aura? What power are you referring to? The only "shiny blue aura" I can think of that an empathy/archery would have is Recovery Aura, which I doubt you're throwing out every few seconds... -
I've had good results having one person rush to the bank, and then teleport everyone using the veteran or temporary team teleport power. Of course, in those cases everyone knew there was going to be a massive ambush and we went all-out with nukes, AoE holds, etc...(It was on PuGs though)
-
I mean let's look at the definition of "empathy":
[ QUOTE ]
the action of understanding, being aware of, being sensitive to, and vicariously experiencing the feelings...of another of either the past or present without having the feelings, thoughts, and experience fully communicated in an objectively explicit manner
[/ QUOTE ]
So while it makes sense that an empath can "feel" the suffering of their allies, and use that to help them out...doesn't it also mean they can feel the pain of their enemies?! It's pretty twisted to feel someone's hurt as you blast them into a wall or fill them with arrows...and then CONTINUE to do it.
If you ask me, they messed up on defenders and corruptors. Corruptors should be the villainous ones who can feel their enemy's pain, and still attack - Where as the heroic defenders should have domination over pain, allowing them to feel and remove it, from allies AND enemies.
You empaths are evil. -
What annoyed/confused me that it wouldn't let me name a pet "Hunter" - Is it because it's in "Void Hunter" or something?
-
Poor attempt to resurrect thread: A sword bigger than my brute
-
You realize none of that is ever going to happen, right?
If you're having trouble with the Oni not going into melee, tell him to go into melee. Right click on him, or his name in the pet window, click "Go To" and click where you want him. -
I would support this, because I have to refrain from using Siphon speed in a lot of caves, especially on large teams, and that really hurts my recharge.
-
So...is it just a bad idea or does no one have anything to contribute?
-
I haven't seen anything like this, so I thought we should devote a thread to shots of characters or NPCs being impaled, about to be impaled, or otherwise having weird occurrences with sharp things!
A scrapper's quill is after me!
Now a blaster's giant arrow is trying to kill me!
But it missed and...got my poor defender!
Meanwhile, my blaster is having stomach problems...
My brute fell all wrong!
Same picture at a different angle -
I would love to have something like this.
The only problem I foresee is if they stack and don't suppress, it could be unfair in PvP. And if they DO suppress, it wouldn't be as much fun for missions! -

If only because of how funny it would be to see my mastermind and all his bots doing that. -
EVIL CLOWNS (yes, it's redundant, the point is they're evil even compared to normal clowns!)
Tier 1
Circus Clown
Clowns who once worked at a zoo, but got fired because they scared the elephants. Their attacks involve juggling bowling pins, knives, and fire at people. Yes, they juggle things AT people!
Tier 2
Machine Gun Clown
As if they weren't bad enough already, these clowns have machine guns! They also eat you if you sleep.
Tier 3
Undead Goth Clown
When a goth becomes a clown because he can't find a job, and is then killed but refuses to be dead, you end up with an Undead Goth Clown. The pure terror of an Undead Goth Clown scares even other clowns. The Undead Goth Clown doesn't attack, it just sulks around and causes fear to all nearby foes (and allies). Once feared, his foes have a chance of being scared to death.
...It's the best I could come up with. -

Not for this. Travel is easy ever since i10 and i11, no need for phone any more since you can use your super powers and time travel to be there in no time.

Which still does nothing for people with poor load times...Or the people who take a full minute to move two feet when Atlas is packed.
