edit: For that matter, would the original nice clean icon and enhancement images be visible in the game directory somewhere, or are they hidden inside those pigg files we're not allowed to mess with?
Yeah I stole most of the pictures from paragonwiki and the only warshade icon I could find was 32x32 while the rest of the pictures are 64x64. -

You're still using touch of death and mako's bite. Those don't help with smash/lethal defense which is what /invuln works with.
I made you an example build, look at it and see what you can do. Far be it from me to tell you this or that is the one build. -

Things I notice: you're going for the wrong defense bonuses; Invuln is typed defense but you used positional sets.
Mu Lightning won't drain enough to make slotting it for endmod useful, slot it for damage. -
