Tomorrow's probably going to be the Leprechaun pet to have it out before St Patrick's Day (Sat, March 17).
Beast will be out later in the month--probably the 27th. Don't know why they're waiting on it, since I'm fairly certain it would sell better right before a 2xXP Weekend than after it.

Ah, this explains a lot. I'd just installed a new network printer and was worried it had borked my firewall settings.
Somewhat good to know that it's just the servers being unavailable and not an issue on my end... but at the same time, I gots faces in need of punching!

What Rod said. Anything you can DIRECTLY purchase in the store can be used by any account.
I say "directly" because there are items in the Super Packs (namely Reward Merits) that cannot be used by all Premium accounts. -

One comment about the Drowning in Blood trial: the buff rewards for completing it last until level 30. (Those from Death from Below only last until 22, so you're still getting SOMETHING out of the experience that you can't get elsewhere.)
You're also able to use any powers you've earned by level 25 in the DiB trial, so you most likely have a semi-solid attack chain to rely on instead of waiting for the same 2-3 attacks to recharge. -
The personal missions are a way to bridge the gap between the game and comic books. After all, you don't see Batman in every single panel of one of his comics, do you?
In effect, they're a way to see the other half of the story as it happens while your character is busy kicking butt. As far as I know, they're all non-combat. It's not you sitting around and letting someone else be the star. (In fact, all the ones I've done so far have the NPCs discussing your character's deeds.) -
Shards drop anywhere BUT Dark Astoria and Incarnate Trials as long as you've unlocked your Alpha slot and are fighting even-level or higher opponents.

Can you type in the chat box? Have you tried /stuck or /sync?
If I'd still been stuck for more than a minute or two, I'd have hard-quit from the game (Ctrl+Alt+Del) or even reset my PC if necessary, then tried again. -

Just a head's up, my work schedule for the next two days sucks. I have to cover the midnight release of ME3 tonight and then turn around and open the store tomorrow morning. On top of that, I'm getting over a minor case of food poisoning from this weekend, so I find myself needing a lot of sleep...
