Hey all,
I've finally decided to respec my scrapper, who is still a legacy build after all this time, so definately about time, I worked up a build but arent entirely happy with it, or sure if Im doing it right, so any pointers are appreciated.

Hey, Im wondering if anyone has had any good experience with Street Justice/Ice at all? If so could they post their build?

Im looking to make a street justice character, I tried to make a StJ/WP brute work but I didnt find it that fun, whereas I've got 2 level 50 Stalkers and love how they play, so figured I'd give it a shot.
What I'm looking for is a non-purple or gladiator IO build, leaping as travel power preferably, other than that Im okay with whatever, I was considering weapon mastery for EPP. I was also wondering if anyone has a passable common IO levelling build for that power combo as well? -
I also wish to know! Also after a good Manticore image for said login screen, anyone have one?

This is Artume, and yes the resemblance to this Artemis from Young Justice has been pointed out three times, to which I point out I nnever even heard of it before said pointing outs. Anywho, she is a TA/A Defender, and I was hoping for an artz of her! The symbol on her shirt is meant to look more like an arrowhead admittedly and she carries an arrow quiver with her as well, but other than that the in-game stuff did a decent job in my opinion.

Do you have a cheapish SJ/Will build then at all? Or just a build generally, I have no experience with Willpower

Hi all,
Im working on remaking my Spines/Nin stalker at the moment as StJ/Will or Stj/Regen, either could work well for the character concept so Im undecided, added onto my trouble is the fact I cant find a decent/cheap StJ/Will build anywhere.
So does anyone have a cheap build for either option at all? Or atleast feedback on them, which do people prefer? I have experience with Regen, as I have a 50 claws/regen scrapper, but none with Willpower. -

Here are two of my characters
Firstly we have Gray Hawk, a gadgeteer Beam Gun/Traps corruptor with something of a gift for making weapons.
Second we have New Dawn, a human only form Peacebringer who channels the cosmic kheldian energy as blasts and super strength.

A crash shook the small six by ten cell then the screaming started, distant at first then drawing closer and closer, not just the usual noise her fellow captives made, this was far more visceral, the kind of screams that she used to elicit from those that crossed her.

After so long in captivity Alona Ó'Conaill had lost track of time, days flowed between torturous experiements and her innevitable reaction to the pain, the Crey idiots still havent managed to work out the right mix of tranqs that would put the vigilante down. But when the crash shook her cell it roused her from her slumber, her mind was cloudy until the screaming started. Looking down to make sure she hadnt escaped again and blacked out in a rage she found herself in her cell still, in those same stupid hospital like robes that she hated so much in 'calming' greens, yeah right, like anything could calm her down.
Upon looking around surprise gripped her as the lock disingaged on the heavy door and instantly Celestyna burst into motion, nearly yanking the door off of its hinges as she left the cell and immediately headed for where she knew her equipment would be found.
Ten minutes later and several wardrobe malfunctions when maiming guards she found herself in the armoury, sat there in a box marked 'Subject C-6510' was her gear and ofcourse her mask.

Rage, blood, cries and pain filled her world, but she didn't quell her aggression, fuelled by endless rage she crashing into the Shivans without a second thought, reaching through the largest ones infront of her, penetrating the goo like outershell and crushing the brain seemed to work well enough, she'd make these things feel the same fear they inflicted on the hapless populace of this city.
Around her chaos reigned and meteorites fell, which suited Alona just fine in the end, its what she lived for after all, Galaxy City may well be dying, but this lone vigilante isnt going to let it go down without a fighting chance. -
