Just run the others, set the timer and log off to another character. I have a pair of stalkers right now that do this. Then bring on a 3rd character to do other stuff.

If I'm letting the last mission time out, under 20 mins.
The last mission alone is a large map and defeat all, so that will usually double it.

As TracEnding stated, there is no DR on repeat flashbacks.
  3. Gangbuster, beat up 200 Marcone bosses seems to fit
  4. I use glycerine and City info terminal to track various things

Mainlyl badges, XP/level, inf and time since last login
  5. I got mine fixed in a couple of days.

They have to escalate it, as the 1st teir GMs do not have the account info needed to verify, but its fairly routine.

    Workbench?

And dont forget the abandoned labs in Port Oaks and one other (IIRC the other is St Martial)
  7. Set bonuses affect only the MM

Certain special effects, mainly proc and proc 120, affect the pets.

Such as the resist aura buff (from the pet sets), the chance for build up, the -resist proc on attacks and similar
  8. IOs would have to be excluded, else the first time someone 'upgraded' their level 10 Karma -KB to a level 30, there would be some interesting language.

Thats not accounting for the huge variation in salvage prices according to current supply.

    http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=204437

    Has some recent examples.

Would you really want to click a button and buy it now spending a million inf or more on a brass ? (usual buy it now price in the 500 -1000 range).
Of course as that is used in Level 25 damage IOs, you could easily be buying 9 or more at the price.
  9. Heck at Herocon, the Devs more or less said they didn't know.

I recall hearing that discussion, but couldn't verify which podcast (I listened to them all back to back on a day off)
  11. I use lucks...

If you want to avoid using those (cheap and freely available) you pretty much need tom invest a significant amount in defence, +recharge simply doesn't cut it in the long run.

You can argue over the merits of melee Def or Sm/Lethal Def, and at least in part that is down to the AVs you fight.

    * Instant level to 40 - no grinding PvE to get to a PvP level
    * SOs - build didn't come down to "gear"
    * An opportunity to try a whole bunch of different builds without guessing whether or not it would be viable or not

I'd be curious to see how popular something like this would be if they brought it back.
The same sort of event was held in Sirens and Bloody bay during their testing, and in the Sirens one I recall more instances than the RV one (CoV beta was more populated than a normal issue one)

the instant level X was appropriate to the zone in each case.
  13. All these were previously posted, and are at level 15 redside

    1. Pulverizing Fisticuffs: Acc/Dam/End/Rech (Recipe).
    2. Edict of the Master: Damage (Recipe).
    3. Gift of the Ancients: +7.5% Run Speed (Recipe).
    4. Razzle Dazzle: Chance for Immobilize (Recipe).
    5. Kismet: Def/End/Rech (Recipe).
    6. Debilitative Action: Acc/Immob/Rech (Recipe).
    7. Razzle Dazzle: Acc/Stun/Rech (Recipe).
    8. Pulverizing Fisticuffs: Acc/Dam/End/Rech (Recipe).
  14. My rule of thumb

3 Stars = radio mission equivalent
4 Stars = Similar to a Dev Arc
5 Stars = hall of fame worthy

There is no hard and fast rules for starring.

    thanks
    I did both....

5 Apocs (no acc/rech) and the Explosive Strike
  16. Of course the fact that Pocket D Ski Lodge is one of the current hang around places skews the Atlas numbers as well.

You can. I set up my level 15 stalker (2nd account) on Spyhunt with a 50 from my main account, and he runs the arc just fine after the leader quits.
  18. I'd rather put an explosive strike chance for damage (KB set) for a proc.

Im not a big fan of the decimation set as a whole

(Integration is the key constant regen toggle, I am assuming you are thinking of the click heal of reconstruction)
  20. It works as long as the character is at the minimum level for the mission, and the leader is at the maximum.

So no level 15s on a high arc, but you can run the 1-14 and 15-19 tiers
  21. As another anecdote.

Early today someone was commenting in Themarket global channel about 20 recipes from a single BM run...

The plural of anecdote is not data, but I use that to reinforce the 'random numbers are random' comment.
  22. listed level 15 redside

    Debilitative Action: Acc/Immob/Rech (Recipe).
    Razzle Dazzle: Acc/Stun/Rech (Recipe).
Pulverizing Fisticuffs: Acc/Dam/End/Rech (Recipe). (sold immediately)
