Open up a Support ticket via the PlayNC website -- this is a known issue from time to time with peoples' Vet rewards, and many people have reported prompt correction to the issue. Best of luck.

I filed an in-game petition and was awarded my wayward badge in about 4 days.
I got mine fixed in a couple of days.
They have to escalate it, as the 1st teir GMs do not have the account info needed to verify, but its fairly routine.

Hello, I have been playing a long time, I have the 18 month badge, and I looked at when i got my veteran reward, I havent deactivated it since then (Sept. 4, 2009). I even checked that i have paid for the months in the billing summary section. It says i've payed:

And yet I still don't have my 21 month badge.
