    hows that?
  3. put a load of accuracies in gale and what do you get..

    alot of flying villains!

shall i post a few tactics which i think might work, so that someone can tweak them for incorrectness, or shall i just keep them to myself and have a go at trial and error, and more error?
  4. tornado causes knockback for anyone that comes near it, right? in a big pvp fight, throw that into a crowd along with freezing rain with the slows and mass confusion, thats chaos.

i havnt included stamina because.. well, it gives me a challenge plus, ive got too many strategies planned with lots of powers, so unfortunatly i cant have stamina.. unless i get rid of fissure/earth embrace.. an AoE knockback or a heal.. hmm..

primal forces does look interesting, with conserve power and power boost.. ill think about it
  5. ok, a while ago i asked if there were any mind/storm pvp builds going around, since i never managed to get hold of one, i made my own (after finding the wonder of the CoH hero planner) so, here it is;

    1) gale 2 kb 1 acc
    1) mesmerise 3 sleep 1 acc

    2) levitate 1 rchg 1 damage 1 acc

    4) dominate 3 immob

    6) snow storm 3 slow 1 enred

    8) mass hypnosis 2 sleep 1 rchg 1 acc

    10) steamy mist 2 def 1 endred

    12) hasten 3 rchg

    14) super speed 3 runspd

    16) freezing rain 3 slow 1 rchg

    18) confuse 3 confusedur

    20) telekenesis 3 rchg 1 range

    22) total domination 3 immob

    24) hurricane 2 to-hitdebuff 2 kb

    26) terrify 3 feardur

    28) thunder clap 3 disdur 1 acc

    30) swift 3 runspd

    32) mass confusion 3 condur 2 acc 1 rchg

    35) health 3 heal

    38) lightning storm 3 kb 2 end 1 acc

    41) tornado 2 kb 1 defdebuf 2 damage 1 endred

    44) fissure 3 damage

    47) rock armour 3 defbuff 1 endred

    49) earths embrace 3 heal 1 rchg

any comments or changed are welcome. the basic ide of the build is keep the enemy occupied while laying on the damage. fear, sleep, immob, knockback, knockup, hold, slow, restart, along with hurricane in the background, this build is not stalker friendly.

    City of Carols!

haha! jingle bells was funny, great job on those carols!
  7. welcome to the city of heroes/villains/both!?

yeah, the donwload is kinda stupid, takes a while dont it? look at the bright side, at least it aint 14 hours like it was for me
  8. yeh, but no.

its funny, but a bit iffy, but stil funny trying to think on the bright side are you?
  9. same here, ill help the best i can! as being a bit of an rp'er in the real world, i can voice act a bit.
  10. CBeet

    Good ol' CoT

"welcome all to breakdance 2006, featuring the circle of thorns head-spinners!"
  11. commander beet ready for battle! if i can remember to come!

if all goes well, a crater will be all thats left of crater!
  12. i dont mind being hit by a stalker, its the after effect. ive read the first page and this one so sorry if im saying something stupid.

so far, ive been one shotted by stalkers 3 times, twice in bloody bay and once in sirens. an energy/ stalker one shot me (you know who you are) and i was in flight and i had cloaking device on, so how they could have seen me and then gotten into place fast enough to hit me with it, not sure. but im alright with it, as long as it doesnt cause the after effect, lag. i was going along, nearly lag free, then along the stalker came, huge amount of effects, i lagged and when it came back i was on the ground with the stalker over me, then it disappeared and buggered off.
  13. cool

great work yet again doulos, cant wait for number 5!
  14. dammit, sorry i couldnt get there. there was a school trip to see a panto, and the car i was in broke down, didnt get back till about half nine.

so who was the victor in the end then? did the heroes hold their own or did evil triumph?
  15. i think there was enough exp for people to get to level 10 in 5 minutes or something stupid like that.
  16. commander beet will be 4613 next week, even though he is a robot humanoid. its all in his backstory.. it involves a war, humans being dug up like dinosaurs and an experimental weapon which somehow changed the frequency of time and space.

scavanger is 33, has the phisical age of 24 and the mental age of 51.

garrison shot is 26 years old, but his gloves are several thousand years old due to them being created by the atlantians, which allow him to generate fire and use it to his advantage and gives him access to a number of gadgets which are hidden within the gloves themselves.

psigale is 28, but due to his mutations, he goes through age spurts which make his phisical appearence/mind older/younger. he is currently only 28, but has the phisical age of 31 and the mental age of 7.

E SAD is only 14 months old, and the human carcass inside him is 38 years old, and 16 months dead.

asylem is 40 years old, and still an insane, katana wielding, killing machine!
  17. well done matey. hope you both get enough rest and are at your normal routine in no time (well as normal as you can with babs)

    gratz
  18. CBeet

    my collection

well, im too lazy to finish the above, sorry.

but i have got another powerset for masterminds =]

armies: weve seen the movies, and weve played the game. do only 6 henchmen seem like the indestructable army that villains use? nope, so here is one that does.

grenade: you throw a grenade causing a moderate AoE with fire/lethal damage.

small army: you summon up to 6 henchmen which carry assault rifles. each one only has a small amount of life and can only do a small amount of damage. with the first power-up, 1 extra henchmen is summoned for every 2 which are out, if there is an odd number, they all get the ability to throw a grenade. with the second your henchmen are doubled in number and power.

tank buster: you fire a large missle which does high damage in an AoE, if you or your henchmen are too close to the explosion, you will also take damage. it causes knockback and does fire/lethal damage.

call reinforcements: you call for reinforcements to help you and your henchmen. each type of henchmen will be upgraded in their own way, but all will grow in numbers if the right conditions are set. this power effects all of your henchmen at the same time, but has a very long recharge and high endurence cost.

bombardment: this is a targeted AoE which causes superior damage. you call upon fighter planes to drop bombs on your enemies. you target the starting location, then a second location where the bombs will end. the bombs will fall in a strait line hitting anybody between them. this power is very inaccurate, and only a small amount of ground can be covered with bombs. this does smashing/lethal/fire damage.

heavy arms: you can summon up to 4 of these. each of these have tank busters at first, with the first enhancement they go up to 5 of them, and with the second enhancement they get grenades. they have a 10% resistence to all types of damage.

self-destruct: when you use this power all of your henchmen self-destruct causing extreme damage to all enemies within medium range. due to them self-destructing, they are all killed so you will have to summon them all over again. they do the same amount of damage to enemies when they are at full health or at very low health.

tank: you call for a tank to aid you in battle. the tank fires a single shell into enemies causing extreme damage and knockback to them and stuns all enemies within melee range of the targetted foe. after the first enhancement they get a chain gun which des superior damage to all foes within a narrow cone and with the second enhancement they get a power where they charge at an enemy which does high damage to anybody within a narrow cone. the tank has a 65% resistence against all types of damage.

gear upgrade: the gear is upgraded, everything is working better then expected. all of the henchmen do 15% more damage then before, all attacks have a 20% chance to do knockback and defence has been upgraded by 15%.

just a small idea, nothing much.
  19. what about puting the equals against each other? either powerset-wise or pvp-dominating wise;

    pvp wise
    blaster vs dominator
    tanker vs stalker
    controller vs brute
    scrapper vs corruptor
    defender vs mastermind
    khelidians vs anyone

    powerset wise:

    corruptor vs blaster
    dominator vs controller
    brute vs scrapper
    mastermind vs defender
    stalker vs tanker

    commanderbeet/teebrednammoc
    lord of cabbage
    pvp
  20. if used correctly, a mind/storm controller can really destroy groups. throw in mass hypnosis/mass confusion and you got yourself a party!

with more then one mind/ controller, the group wont be awake long enough to attack, and with 2 /storm controllers, they will be too busy with all the bad weather. lightning storm/tornado/gale at the same time with a mass confused group, perfect!
  21. CBeet

    non PvP AT's

    mind/storm controllers for teh win!

but brutes seem to be doing well in pvp, take time to take down and can take out most people before they go down.

so in a fight, who would win? controller or brute?
  22. oooh, nice. so how many parts are there going to be in total? dont wanna be reading its SO your fault! part 94 next year..
