Said it once, will say it again. The only fighting these guys do is calling 911(However they do patrol, calling 911 once they spot something that needs attention from the police.), they're not stupid. What they do to be called "Super" is being well, a good person, they mostly help the homeless and those in need, things like that.

Every time I try to make a blaster build, I fail. So, I was wondering if anyone could please help me with a build.
Some things to lay out, though
1) I'm fine with taking melee powers, love them when something charges me.
2) My travel power is ninja run.
3) Must either have invisibility, or stealth AND stealth IO(I heard this makes full invis, if not, invisibility.)
4) This is an i19 build.
5) The epic is munitions mastery with Body Armor, Surveillance and LRM rocket.
6) Not a must, but a want. I get [Executioners Shot]. It's too awesome to let fly by. -

So, a friend of mine has DP/Ice/Ice, and wants some build help, but I fear i'm not the person for this. SO, anyone have a DP/Ice/ICe build that can solo well?

Wasn't here when they were being released, but it'll be just like patron powers. People will RP it out to be something else.

Don't have this, but my keyboard has clear numbers/letters on black keys, as well as a light inside so when I flick the switch I have glowing keys.

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but what I meant was when you choose your enhancements for your powers after you level up. I have checked and they haven't changed at all for hasten at least. Idk about my other powers. And the game has been downloading Issue 18: Shades of Grey for the live release, so I'm assuming that that is a developer fail? :P
