To run that attck chain you need 237% rechrage in GFS
So if you have 96% in GFS and 72.5% Global and 70% with Hasten you have 238.5%(96+72.5+70). So yes you can run that attack chain when Hasten is up. -

My first run-in with these guys was a massive wake-up call. They ripped Bill up in pretty short order because I expected them to be the same pansies the rest of the game is filled with when it comes to melee vs AI.
The Rogue Vanguard were specifically designed to beat the tar out of meleers. And to this day, they're one of my favorite groups because of that.
They make me think. The make me scrap defensively. They're FUN.
I know that "The Coming Storm" has pretty much fallen off of everyone's radar, but I have a feeling that the next batch of baddies we face are going to be really freaking nasty.
And all that does is make me wipe the blood from my mouth and grin.

Well if his name was Generic00000000 then a GM for several Generic the Character becuase you were breaking the EULA argee in some way...it doesn't matter how old the toon was too.

Something I noticed on the new Mids, when Phalanx Fighting is on it is always giving 3.75 defense to all. So some of the builds that appear to be softcapped may not be.

This is the best AV soloer for a Brute. It is the best for a Scrapper, but it does take a lot of Inf. My build which does 294DPS was about 1.5 bil not too bad but it does cost some. If I were to make the build now it would be about 2.5 Bil easy.Quote:Originally Posted by Silverado

The best AV solo Red side would be MM. As said before Robot/Poison is good but I think Robot/Tarps is better. Both don't need a lot of inf to make them good, but can solo AV with common IO.
If MM are not your thing a Sonic/Rad Corruptor would be one of the best too. It will take some Inf but can be a Beast for soloing AV. There are many more that can get the job done.
