Well the toon I have almost perma-hasten it is only down for 5 sec I need it to run the attack chain I want to. If I didn't have Hasten I couldn't run the attack chain. -
I'll be dropping GFS on my Fire/Fire when I16 goes live so I can get Fire ball For me it is easy to do because I will still have a good DPS attack chain with Incinerate/Scorch/Cremate/Scorch and I will have Great AoE with Fire Sword Circle and Fire ball.

I never did but my Brother solo 90% of the time with his first 50 a Mind/Emp troller on Heroic. I don't know how long it took but I did beat him to level 50 with my first 50. I was lvl 22 when he was lvl 38 and still beat him to 50, it took so long.
