Does this mean that in my second build I can put all of my travel powers, thus freeing slots in my main build. I could also put in the medicine pool in my second build - is that correct ?

The one piece of advice I would give is play something else I have and guess what no disconnects sad but true.

As a controller I only ever buff when I am not busy, I also thank the maker for key binds. Most of the teams I have been on recently have been pretty solid consequently they require less buffs.

For my money it seems that every time something new hits test we get these spikes and then they settle down after a week or so.

If you have to go with a controller go with plant/rad it would be a great theme as well as two fine sets to play.
But I have listened to what you have said and can not help but think that you would be best suited to a Dark Melee / Super Reflexes scrapper. You would always have something to aim for, and that to my mind is what drives a great alts forward. I have a couple of good alts that have all the goods that have stalled because they just dont seem to be able to be challenged. -

I think you should be able to post what ever you what to who ever you want when ever you want, preferably via Wentworths. This seems to be the no1 requested QOL improvement that the Devs take great delight in ignoring ..

I would take the extra slots from Super Jump, Super Speed, Stamina and Acrobatics and place them in Power Thrust. Also Rain of Fire is not that great, maybe substitute it with Fire Breath ? Which is great. Most blasters seem to run with Force Mastery as their epic as it is very strong.

My first toon was the toughest to play (in fact I nearly gave up on the game). Stalag-Might a stone/stone tank I deleted him at lvl 12, though when I look back it wasnt the games fault, I had upped the rep at lvl 6 to Invincible not realizing the consequences.

I saw a Hero on Union the other day with on eon, they did look good, very good in fact.

I do this all the time, it helps soften the shock of lower levels. The only pain is sometimes finding a forumite or veteran to help with the transfer.

No - I mean on the live servers, as soon as something new is loaded onto test,I seem to get all sorts of glitches on live. I know without looking that something has change opn test.
