Wibbles SS!
Nothing, is the reply to both questions.
Quote:Not a lot dude......Damz is still not house trained........Smilies are still not illegal for overuse.......there's some big expansion thing coming soon.....not a lot.
OH! There's an AMAZING new EU radio station as well!!
I dunno the link though.
*coughwww.roguesradio.comcough*
Wouldn't call it amazing, there's this one DJ who insists on play innaudible music... well, I use music in its broadest sense of course. -
Oh, heck no!
It was enough of a hassle with the existing ones, no more are needed. Especially if GR introduces even more! >_< -
Wishes of happiness and health.

I have to admit I LOL when I saw his name and also that I can't take anything he says seriously. Mainly because each time I read his name I'm remembered of the guy in the High School Super Heroes movie...
-
I'd rather the silly restriction for when you hit a curb/small flower/poted plant/pebble you can't move forward/get over it without jumping and then some was removed frankly.
I use my SS with Hurdle and I knew what I was getting into. So unless it meant gaining some more vertical movement with no loss of horizontal one, I'm against. -
In response to the thread title, yes, the Devs haven't gotten around to coding it yet.
-
I only ever do this mission if I kill everything in the map before I rescue either of those two and then always on a toon with a heal power.
-
What's stopping you from learning it then?
-
I think that much like Story Arcs, Souvenirs in TF/SF are only granted to the one whose mission is actually being run. May be the wrong impression though.

Did you really have to quote the whole thing just for that?
In response to this: yes, yes I did. Helps later when someone realizes they shouldn't have made a direct C&P from the Beta forums.
On a side note, and as the poster above me said I can't really be disappointed about something I haven't experienced.
So, meh, really. -
Quote:mehHey everyone,
I know it’s been common knowledge for a while that the initial phase of the Incarnate system would be available in City of Heroes: Going Rogue. As you know, I’ve been spearheading the “End-Game” system for City of Heroes, to give players a lot of what they’ve been asking for: more powers, greater customization, more epic battles, and most of all, more content to do with their Level 50’s.
That last point was something that we got great feedback on in the GR Closed Beta. Even though it was just a sneak peak, the Alpha Slot doesn’t benefit the player in a way that we had envisioned it would. Because of this feedback we have decided to act sooner rather than later.
Since Alpha Slot Incarnate Abilities do not exemplar down (and we're not changing that), we find that players end up with Power that has limited use. We recognize that the Alpha Slot experience is something that a lot of you are eagerly awaiting for and we want to make sure that it is awesome, and most of all fun, when we bring the system on-line.
We still want to do an “Alpha Slot Sneak Peek”, but we want it to happen once more of the system and content are closer to being ready for prime time.
We want to thank everyone who tested and gave their feedback on the Alpha Slot, the drop rates, the costs, and especially how they see the Abilities interacting with their builds, math-wise. Your testing has been invaluable and we have learned a great deal in a short time thanks to you. We now feel that the Alpha Slot and Incarnate Abilities will have a much higher impact when they are ready to be rolled out.
That’s not to say you can’t continue to discuss what you have seen in the beta. I encourage the dialogs that you guys have started to continue, and we will continue to read your thoughts and feedback.
We hope this helps you to understand why we’ve come to this decision and appreciate your patience while we continue making the Alpha Slot and the rest of the Incarnate System the best that it can be. -

For all the reasons pointed above. -
Exactly. After earning it you have to spend at least another 24 hrs offline for it to charge.

Quote:I wouldn't go so far as getting rid of them but make their drop rate approach zero as you approach 50 (let's say, when a drop occurs, there's a 1% chance it'll be a temp power at level 50).Nobody wants these things and yet they seem to drop more often now than any other recipe.
Make them fixed price item purchases at the markets and give me back some decent drops .
Since the purple recipes were introduced my main hero has had 3 drops and my main villain has had 1. Since these recipes were introduced, I haven't had a single purple drop. Even the yellow and orange recipes are dropping with less frequency.
At level 50 I don't want temp powers, I want yellows, oranges and purples so I can finish my build or make enough money to purchase the recipes I need for said build, along with scavenging for merits wherever I can.
As it is, I feel that the Temporary Power Recipes have thrown a spanner in the works and seriously messed up with the other recipe drops. This needs to be reviewed. -
You can do the old Positron via Ouroboros and get considerably more merits. And have the same amount of fun as, let's say, watching paint dry.

I have a YouTube account and I was signed in. Still couldn't see it. Fortunately, Avatea was able to solve the problem and for that I thank her.
