    CoH2 registered?

I would like to see the end of CoX1 come with an invasion by Rularuu himself.
  2. Costume colors and patterns that match from head-to-toe.
  3. I would like to see the ability to grab the side of buildings, trees, high walls.
  4. Ya know, with custom guns, I can see magic bullets, but magic missles and magic lasers and magic projectile arms is, in my opinion, is reaching a bit much for a western-comic style game. Sure RP what you like, but to argue that this set could fit any theme other than robotic, because you have a vivid enough imagination, is still far-fetched.
  5. Please something that covers both Arabian and Egytian themes
  6. In before the "Useless in open areas" posts.

    Tanks a lot!

I agree whole-heartedly! Why have a Super Strength Tank if he cant smash a, well...tank?! You really dont get the feel for how powerful the Hulk is until you set him against the US Army. This is why I love the missions where we get the chance to tear up those mini submarines.

    CoH2 registered?

Honestly, GR has been on the board for some time now, it's like paying a contractor to do some work on your house, even if you plan on moving, you've already paid to have the work done. They still have a schedule to follow with this game, no where does it say they can't be working parallel on a new one. I think the biggest draw to a CoH2 would be being able to port your characters over. This would ensure a ready-made base of players to keep you running over that critical first year.

I wouldn't have expected that answer from you GG. The Devs experimented with the fires in Steel Canyon and then left it at that. So far we all seem to be fine with just blasting away at villains in new and creative ways. But after 6 years is that really all there is to being a hero? Or even being a villain for that matter? It doesn't take much to break us out of the same routine, and like the fires, it is something special when we get the chance.

Sure, but since it's on a "per-power" basis, you could leave those powers at default.
  11. I would like to eventually see a more athletic running style for SS, such as,

    or,

Something that makes us look like our entire body is involved in the process of running at super speeds.

Im waiting for my chance to take down a Rikti Mothership...we can do that right?
  13. I would at least like the option of customizing the type of weapon I use for each power. Same set, but have the option to re-draw a different skin per power.

    Comic Book Mode

Comic Book Mode is a system that allows players to create digital comics based on their missions, story arcs, and Task Forces. When activated, the system takes screen shots of your characters progress through out a mission and creates stylized versions of those images in the form of a comic book. Once a mission is completed, the comic can then be edited with custom fonts, word bubbles, and action exclamations. In the editor, you have the option of using the standard shots, or adding your own as well as your own chat comments from the mission. NCP dialog is automatically place at the appropriote pannels, but can be modified the same way as player chat.

Once a comic is created, players will be able to view and even trade comics from other players through the Comic Books tab in the player info window. Custom covers from Dev-Allowed artists such as Gill Bates or David Nakayama can be imported to replace the standard covers. Players can post their comics at information terminal through out the city and players can rate their favorites and, like AE missions, can even get Dev recognitions.

This is still a work in progress, so lets hear some imput.
  15. I don't care how many lives a superhero saved, if they are too powerful, they will be captured, locked away and dissected. The only recourse for the superhero would be to conquer the world or be destroyed by it.

Or we can pay people a dollar a day to make shoes in one country that sell for a hundred and fifty in another. See, all good.

See the great thing is that we don't have to filter entire human beings, we just needed to trade "Eugenics" for "Genetics" and it's all good even thought the results are fundamentally the same.
  18. I have to disagree with a lot of people here. IMO, evil is not relative or a matter of perspective, there is a universal base understanding of evil. Evil is any behavior that promotes the good of the individual or the few at the expence of the good of the many. As human beings, it is our purpose to advance the species and anything that functions to counter that is fundamentally evil.
  19. This is really good, but I smell the touch of CO about it.

    Speech bubbles.

I will always /sign this idea.
  21. This would be great in a city that is changing "Dynamicaly" to get a status of what's going on.
  22. New Customization ideas? I forsee the future being custom animations for every power!
  23. No good shall come of this...
  24. We are heavily instanced here, but we are still limited to the same restrictions about destructibility as in the open world, I think we should be able to go all out in these instances.
  25. Lots of good questions, I wish I knew the answer to. I think The Midnight Society tricked his aspects into conflict with one another, making it easier for them to close off access to the part of our dimension that was already consumed. I could be wrong though.
