    Pretty much it.

All of my characters live in melee, regardless of power choices. The only differences between them are animations and mez protection.
  2. The 'superhero pose' Statesman one looks like he just got done hollering, "LOOK AT MY CROTCH!!!!"

    That would do it.

    Raiding

They are nonfunctional at this time. The suspicion is that they won't be coming back because bases are the [born out of wedlock] child of the devs (PVP is the redheaded stepchild).
  6. You need to have an open character slot to transfer anything onto a server. So in order to transfer the character to Virtue, Virtue needs an open slot.

You don't need to unlock a character to transfer it elsewhere, AFAIK.
  7. Premiums can have 36/server, VIPs can have 48/server.
  8. You should get a second reward token when your VIP time expires.

Even if you don't get a second reward token, you will continue to stay in the supergroup - I don't think you'll be able to use the sg base or the sg chat channel, but you'll still be able to earn prestige.

You will keep your influence on hand, you just won't earn any more until you are down below your cap.

You won't lose your reward merits, and you can use them to purchase things, but anything to do with the invention system (anything other than insps and standard enhancements) will be worthless to you because you can't do anything with them. You can't craft anything, you can't slot anything, and any IOs you have already slotted will become nonfunctional (for enhancement value AND set bonuses).

Stuff on the market won't disappear but no, you won't be able to pull stuff out - you cannot access the market contacts.
  9. You will send the friend a referral. The friend will use this referral, and in the process will re-subscribe, which grants them 400pp (550pp if they are Tier9 rewards).

Then when the referral completes (it's not necessarily the moment they subscribe, it took my account several hours to be credited), you will get 30 days and the friend will get 500pp.
  10. I take absolutely nothing said on an internet forum seriously, and this saves me a LOT of frustration and anger. I don't ever say anything I don't mean, and whatever I say is pretty much the entirety of what I mean (reading more into my posts than what's there is a surefire way to think I'm saying something that I'm not - and then you get all mad and start spouting off while I'm over here going "?!?!?"). If I didn't *SAY IT*, then I didn't MEAN IT... More of the internet needs to figure this type of interaction out.

The way I deal with the internet seems to piss other people off, especially people who have too much invested in their internet selves, which I find *vastly* amusing.

    Nnnnot quite.

My renewal day is the 14th. I got my points on the 13th Sept, 12th Oct, 28th Nov, and haven't received December's yet, assuming 28th-ish.
  12. You would have to buy points to instantly hike up to t9. However, he asked about being a "tier 9 sub", so you'd have to tack on a subscription to be a t9 sub.

Well, yes, but Fay included DM and DA with a list of NEW powersets instead of separating them out as proliferations.

    WST updated?

Exactly. "Some point during the morning". It has been as early as 7am and as late as 9:30. So yeah. They don't give an actual time of day. It's whenever someone gets in to flip the switch. (Or more likely, to poke a flag in some database.)

  16. No, they don't give free points to anyone unless they subscribe. Subscribers get 400 points per month subscribed (550 if they are Tier 9 subscribers).

Your brother has masterminds either because a) he has enough subscription time to unlock them permanently, b) he is a VIP subscriber, or c) he purchased them from the market. If you want masterminds, you will have to do the same.
  17. Placate removes you entirely, temporarily, from the critter's threat list.

They are a global unlock available from character creation, same as EVERY other costume piece and aura on the market.

If you are a subscribed VIP player, you get 400 or 550 paragon points per month for free (550 only if you are Tier 9 VIP, 400 otherwise). If you are a Free/Premium player, the only way to get points is to purchase them.

As far as we know, the yearly character slots ended with Freedom. They're not mentioned anywhere in the official Paragon Rewards Program documentation.
