With the enormous amounts of merits you get from the Super Packs, I think that's why the ATEs are so expensive.

I couldn't remember which day I did them on so waited 7 or more days and tried to do them again. The first SSA let me pick the Astral Merit reward. The 2nd and 3rd SSA told me I'd got to wait 7 days to claim that reward, so I gave up. I've not been able to claim more than 1 Astral Merit since.
After that, it's one pick per week (per reward), period, end of story. -

Procs in an auto power tick every 10 seconds, which means it constantly reapplies its 120 second duration. Effectively, this means it's always on.
Miracle and Numina procs are very popular.
Performance Shifter is also very popular because it grants an amount of actual endurance instead of +recovery, which gets around any -recovery debuffs you may have on you. -

If you don't have access to the Invention System through a license of some sort, NOTHING to do with the Invention System functions.
If you have COMPLETED Tier 7 (27 reward tokens owned), yes, that is enough. If you have not yet COMPLETED Tier 7 (26 or fewer reward tokens), you will need to buy the monthly license until you complete Tier 7.

I've gotten my points on the 28th for the last three months. I hope it comes on time this month because the Roman set disappears on the 29th and that's the only way I'll be able to get it *and* have points for Staff Fighting when it comes out. You guys and your missing points are worrying me.
