Where do I find Elemental Order pieces

I am having trouble locating the Elemental Order facemask and chest pieces at the tailor. Where can I find them? Someone mentioned the chest piece was under robes but I can't even find that, lol.

Found robes. Yeah, I rarely change costumes.

Have you unlocked the pieces through buying super packs yet?
If not, you won't see them.
You can't buy the costume pack like you do others. They've made the dubious decision to make the EO pieces ONLY available through gambling on super packs.

yes, I bought a pack and got the facemask and chest pieces. the only one I can't find now is the facemask.

The mask should be under Detail 2 for most face categories. The helmet is a Helmet (not half helm or hat, as has been typical lately).

You didn't ask, but the pants are only in tucked in, IIRC - there is no full-length version.
