Dual Pistols: Suppressive Fire Question
I did a bit more testing on this. On my first use of Suppressive fire, there's only one "to-hit" roll. Once I've landed a successful attack, I get the two "to-hit" rolls, which includes the 0% chance to hit. So it lends me to strongly believe that it does have something to do with the secondary effect, be it hold or stun. Have I just not noticed this before on other powers that have these as a secondary effect?
Now my question becomes, does this effect the streak breaker?

Switch back to normal ammo (if you're using elemental), or to elemental ammo (if you're using normal). The chance should change if that's the chance to Stun or Hold.

Attacks with an extra effect report a second "attack", but it isn't counted as one (or isn't supposed to be) for purposes of streak breaker.
You should easily be able to see the same thing with the knockback in Energy Blast, the stun in Energy Melee, and anything else with a chance to apply a status effect or debuff (but not with attacks that have a guaranteed effect).
Dual Pistols is a little different because the "guaranteed" Stuns and Holds in SF need a way to be turned off, so they're given a 100% chance or 0% chance, and then a +100% or -100% modifier, based on your ammo type. I'm guessing that every attack rolls all four checks, and all but one (most likely the default one) get hidden from the chat log.

This would be pretty much my guess, too. Since SF gets either a stun or hold, depending on ammo type, the game most likely does a check for both and zeros out the chances for the status effect not in use as defined by ammo.

Someone say something funny.
That'll do, pig. That'll do.
Actually that's only half true - if power gets streakbreaker applied it is applied to all the effects of the power - my Dominator's subdue returned 3 Streakbreaker overridden rolls (ToHit, Immob, and Domination Immob).

I was puttering around tonight on my Time/Dual Pistol defender when I noticed something that seem to be odd to me. Suppressive Fire is making two to hit-rolls each time it's fired. On top of that, the first "chance to hit" is always 0%. Does anyone know why it's making two rolls on one attack? Is this even WAI? I'll take another crack at searching the forums tomorrow to see if I can come up with something, but right now search fu is weak.

Here's an example of what I'm seeing.
I'm "guessing" that it has something to do with the Swap Ammo mechanic that changes the stun into a hold, but I'm not 100% sure.
