You lose access to the alignment-specific titles if you crossover. This also happens with the Praetorian-specific titles once you go to Primal Earth, although I seem to have one character who managed to keep her Giantkiller title (although sadly, this means I can now no longer change it, not even to change the color with the vet reward feature).
I'm guessing the H in H-Man stands for "hirsute".

Hi, everybody,
most of my charas don't use the game titles you can earn at level 15 and 25, so I never got to see what happens with a chara's title when switching sides: Are titles kept (until the next change), removed, or replaced by another title?
For example, if the Heroic Honorable H-Man would ever discover his darker side and became a villain, would he simply be known as H-Man, or could he keep the (admittedly misleading, but that's the point) attributes Heroic and Honorable?
(Determining the reason why H-Man was called H-Man to begin with is left as an exercise for the reader.)
