Gate Crasher/Spinebreaker not awarding

I've noticed that the "trigger" for this badge seems to be a bit buggy - I've seen this badge randomly not be awarded as well.
I bug reported back when I22 launched it but I suppose time will tell if anything is fixed with this or not. 
Loth 50 Fire/Rad Controller [1392 Badges] [300 non-AE Souvenirs]
Ryver 50 Ele� Blaster [1392 Badges]
Silandra 50 Peacebringer [1138 Badges] [No Redside Badges]

I was just in two Master of Dilemma Diabolique runs, once on Pinnacle then again on Virtue, and the Gate Crasher/Spinebreaker badge was not awarded either time. Both times, all four Repulsive Spines went down within 5 seconds of each other, let alone the one-minute allotment for the badge.
