For normal content, packing in as much +def as you possibly can would be a pretty good idea. For Incarnate content... you'll probably have to make some serious compromises to be able to get enough +def in there to make a serious impact (seeing as they have boosted tohit). Then again, there's enough AoE buffs being thrown around in Incarnate content that you should often be way past the Incarnate soft cap even with no toggles on.
At this point, I'd say EM/ is probably at the bottom of the primaries (if not the worst), and /regen is pretty low on the list for secondary (especially when you're talking maximum performance, due to the clickie nature). Combined, I wouldn't be surprised if Em/Regen is the worst combo, because as you said Em/ has very long animations, and /regen often requires very quick reflexes... meaning there'll be a lot of times where you have something ready, but can't use it.

That awful to hear, he was my first and one of the best stalker a long time ago, But now is soo horrible to paly with, that I can't understand how I manage to get him into 50.
It's slow, use to much end, and get killed by lv 50+ without a figth.
If i want to cap his def i should got for type def or Possition def?

I have a EM/Regen. After the stalker buff i decide to jump into it and try to unlock his incarnation.
Jezzus!! I DIE SO FREAKING MUCH in Baf and Lam. I get hit so often that i'm almost never attacking and always healing. What really make me pull my hair is that regular bosses in normal mission murder me in two hit, Em/ animation are freaking long, I don't get a chance to heal until animation is finish.
This stalker was my first stalker to hit 50. I give him IO focus to buff my regch and heal but obviously this isn't enough.
It's a good move to trade off the regen/regch for +def? I mean, even if manage to fit ALL!! the +def i can i'm sure it will not compare to my /Sr and /Ninj stalker. Is no fun to play regen with stalker and I wana know if it will worth it to tune him up, or roll another thing.
