But when im inside the game and end my character creation, i cant start the game and a appears a window that says "the stage 2 is not download", and in the bottom of the screen i can se a bubble that say "stage 2 - 0%"

Sorry for my english, and thanks

Probably want to post in tech issues - or just get ahold of customer service. I seem to recall trying to get installed on my (ugh) Windows 8 testbed machine (really, really hate Windows 8) and it kept hanging up there... Seem to recall just having to retry a time or two and leave it sit. Also make sure your firewall isn't blocking it.

Safest thing to do is just open the launcher, tell it to install the game, and let it run to completion. I have more details in the guides below, but while the whole quick-play tier scheme is a good idea on paper it seems to cause more headaches for those without a super speedy internet connection.

My guess is because you're actually playing through the (insanely short) intro zone so quickly that the game hasn't had a chance to complete the third/fourth download segments. Since the segment hasn't completed and the game's trying to use it, then I'm sure this is causing some sort of brain fart in the installer to the point that it just gives up and quits.

Were you looking to start in Praetoria or Galaxy City?

If memory serves, Praetoria doesn't get loaded until quite a bit later into the staging process.

Premium accounts can't edit signatures.
Huh.

While installing on a new computer yesterday, I experienced this for the first time. On a fast machine with Fiber Optic broadband, it took over 3 hours to load all four stages. Like was said previously, start it going and go do something else for a long while. I know this is a pain when you are so ready to play but what can you do?

Because you're probably hogging the entire server's bandwidth. :-p
