KM/EA Build Feedback?

I'm kinda watching this thread to see what is suggested for this combo. I rolled a KM/EA scrapper the other day and love it, so I'm curious as to what is the norm for the set.
I'm curious as to taking Body Mastery though, shouldn't the built-in End tools manage pretty well? I was playing around with taking Blaze instead of BM. I don't know if it's enough, though, as I'm not near 50 yet on that toon.
Also, is Hasten recommended for this set, or does Entropic do the job well enough?

Hasten would probably be good, but I can't stand the orange flames. If I could color-change it, I'd probably get it.
Oh, yeah I get that. I am also. I was just wondering what the set is geared towards and what the gaps were, so I know how to build it out within the confines of my own theme.

Do you suck at COH/COV? not yet...
This is my current plan. I realize RT is frowned on but I'd like to have the extra ranged attack. I have been considering dropping it for Super Jump, though I think Combat Jump + Hurdle + Ninja should suffice as a travel power.
Are my defense numbers high enough? I can't seem to find any way to pull up the S/L def, though those are the two I have highest resist on.
I'm still debating on Blaze for the ancil, I might possibly drop that also. Being able to lock down a mob sounds appealing while I murder his buddies.

How about something like this?
- Softcapped to all
- Decent S/L resists (~35%)
- Enough recharge to run the top ST attack chain of BB>SB>QS>BB>SB>CS
- Energize has ~75% uptime for solid regen
- Energy Drain available every 23 seconds for a full blue bar
- Shouldn't be terribly expensive.

So I've had an older KM/EA scrap collecting dust at 31, and I finally worked up the gumption to power through four levels, to get both Concentrated Strike and Energy Drain.
Holy crap. What a difference!
This is my planned build for her once she hits 50. I have a few caveats/questions:
- No Hasten. Please. Until we can customize Pool powers so I have something besides the orange glow, I don't want to use it.
- I'd prefer Body Mastery for my APP/PPP. I can't rationalize any other pool, since I want her to stay themed, and lightning, fire or ice aren't very good fits.
- I have literally no idea what to do for any of her incarnate slots. I was kind of leaning towards Musculature (since EA needs no end management and has some native +Recharge), but any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
- Pretty much all the slots are negotiable. The blank slots in Quick Strike are for the ATO set, as I don't know where it would fit best to slap those in.
