Rule of 5 and Thunderstrike
Remember, it's not specifically the size of the bonus that matters, it's the name of the bonus. Thunderstrike's 2.5E/NE, 1.25R set bonus is a different bonus with a different name than BotZ's 1.25R, .63E/NE set bonus, so they're considered different bonuses for the Rule of 5.

Thank you. Every time I dig down there is another layer of complication. No wonder I never get tired of the game lol.

It's not really that complicated, it's actually beautifully simple:

The bonus is only considered the same if it says the exact same thing.
@Draeth Darkstar
Virtue [Heroes, Roleplay], Freedom [Villains], Exalted [All Sides, Roleplay]
Code:
I24 Proc Chance = (Enhanced Recharge + Activation Time) * (Current PPM * 1.25) / 60*(1 + .75*(.15*Radius - 0.011*Radius*(360-Arc)/30)) Single Target Radius = 0. AoE Non-Cone Arc = 360.
Lots of questions today. I'm building again lol.
I have 5 sets of Thunderstrikes in the current project. These give 1.25% Ranged for 3, an additional 2.5% for 6, for a total of 3.75% Ranged. Now, I threw on a 2 BOTZ for another 1.25% ranged. Mids seems to count the 6th 1.25%. Is this because the Thunderstrikes shift from 5 x 1.25% to 5 x 3.75%, or are they really 5 x 1.25% + 5 x 2.5% and I am being fooled by MIDs?
