I'm kinda puzzled that it isn't on the Market already, to tell the truth.
I think it is on the market. You have to look in the powers > Travel and the Pocket D Travel power. 500points which is about $6.25 of points.

Yeah, it's an unfortunate double use of 'VIP'. The exclusive section of Pocket D was named a 'VIP' club in-game long before FREEDOM's use of 'VIP' to mean subscriber. They're two different things.

Of course if you aren't interested in the costume pieces that will be in the pack just get the Pocket D VIP access.
