More VIP/Unlock questions from a confused player :-(

and if you are premium, unlock mastermind, go VIP, and go premium again... will you have to unlock Mastermind one more time? XD
Yes, you can re-allocate your slots (but only in the same server)
And whatever you unlock as premium, you keep it

Note that any powerset that shows up in the Paragon market with "VIP Content" in it's description will require a separate purchase to use as a premium (such as Demon Summoning or Time manipulation).
Demon Summoning and the other three Going Rogue powersets are already yours if you have added a GR box code to your account.

When you refer a friend what exactly do you get? Do you get 1 month VIP, 400 points, server transfer, and 1 reward? I'm confused on that part for sure...
