I'm assuming you don't mean supergroups, but something like an "All fire team" or "All Mind or Psy" themed team. I'd either put it in AT/Powers (since it would be related) or the server-specific forum.
Wanted: Origin centric story arcs.
If you've only played an AT once (one set combo) and "hate" it - don't give up. Roll a different combo. It may just be those sets not clicking for you.
The theme-team group I play with on Justice moved its thread to the Justice forum after the Player Events forum was removed. We are currently toward the end of our darkness theme team. I'd guess that (very roughly) we'll start a new one in 1-2 months. No theme chosen yet.

I hadn't even noticed that the Player Events section was removed, and now I'm kind of sad that it's gone.
