All forms of knockback are currently bugged. It's the issue 21.5 of nerfs, nerfs, bugs, poor UI changes, and more bugs lol.

Not sure if its lag on Freedom but the knockup from KO Blow is barely hitting an enemy up a foot. Did they changed it in the patch?
This was done on -1 Mobs that were NOT flying.
