Sounds and music sound off to me
No. All the server does is send a message to your computer saying, "Play this sound file." The music is generated on your system. I haven't noticed anything odd, but I'll pay particular attention now.

I don't normally run the game with sound on, so take the following with a grain of salt.
I ran the game for a while last night with sound, and everything sounded fine to me.
A couple of things you can check on your end, if the problem hasn't righted itself:
- Check your free disk space on your drive(s).
If you have less than 20% free disk space, you might want to clear some space. - Defrag your drive(s).
If windows is spending resources compiling the fragments of sound files, it might mess with the sound. - Run updated virus/malware scans.
You might have some uninvited guest using up resources.
I was playing earlier this morning, when I noticed that all of the music and sound effects in the game sound off. The notes in the music sound slightly lower, the tempo slightly slower, and the whole thing just sounds tired. The sound effects don't sound crisp...kind of garbled.
I logged out completely, and went and played some YouTube videos to see if it was my card. Those sounded fine. I logged back in, and the problem persisted. The sounds that are the most offending and obvious to me are the mission complete (Hero version), level up, and things like Build Up and Aim. The log in music was also very obvious.
Is anyone else noticing this? As far as I know, this has just started happening. I've also crashed while zoning a couple of times over the weekend, and that hasn't happened in a long time. Could this distorted music be due to general server lag?
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
