Video performance oddness

Those are 2D vs 3D graphic enviroments. 3D being more intensive on the card. Did you try running things at a lower graphic lvl. Lower shadows, world detail, and make sure ambient occolusion is turned completly off?

Sorry, your right, I did misunderstand. That is an odd issue.
What could this be?
