It could also depend on exactly which CD you're using to do the loading, as I believe it's changed a couple of times. Try checking one of the "Title Screen" links at the bottom of that wiki page: Hero, Villain, or Praetorian.

When installing the game with a CD there is a song that loops continuously throughout the installation process. I believe it used to be on the FTP site but I can't seem to gain access to that anymore. Is there anywhere else I can find it? I've been looking everywhere. Thanks
