In the game, is your account acting like a VIP account (i.e. can use the VIP server, all servers have the base 12 slots + others, Incarnates, etc)?
There seems to be quite a lot of oddities with the Freedom stuff so... might just be more of that.
Edit: Sounds like the game is treating you like a Preem. Definitely contact support!

Please note that there are a LOT of oddities/bugs currently in the system regarding bonus pp, slot tokens, reward tokens, and subscription status.
For instance, a trial account I have was migrated to active status and has 4 character tokens even though it should only have 2; another example, a trial account I upgraded with the $1.99 deal, which has since gone premium, has 1200pp when it should have 800.

To those that may be having trouble figuring out the above: The game is saying I am a Free player, but I am paid up VIP through the middle of 2012. Any ideas?
